المستخلص: Prepared by Dr. Ibrahim bin Mubarak al-Sinani Professor of Fiqh, Islamic University Median. This research is about the rulings of term-sales covering financial transactions in various cases. The study presents a comparative fiqhi study by stating the opinions of jurists from the four schools of jurisprudence, discussing legal evidences and clarifying the most preponderant opinions. The research consists of an introduction, forward, two chapters, conclusion, list of references and index. The introduction includes an editorial, research objectives, literature review, research mapping and methodology. Forward includes an explanation of the terms mentioned in the research and falls into four sections. The first chapter addresses the rulings of term-sales in set-off contracts and falls into eight sections. The second chapter addresses the rulings of donation contracts and falls into four sections.
