المستخلص: هدف البحث إلى قياس فاعلية برنامج مقترح لمكافحة الحروب المعلوماتية لتنمية الوعي بالأمن السيبراني وأبعاد التنور التقني لدى طلاب كلية التربية شعبتي علم النفس والاجتماع، واعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي والمنهج التجريبي، وتمثلت أدوات البحث في قائمة بقضايا الحروب المعلوماتية، وقائمة بأبعاد الأمن السيبراني، وقائمة بأبعاد التنور التقني، والبرنامج المقترح ومقياس الوعي بالأمن السيبراني، ومقياس للتنور التقني، وتم تطبيق أدوات البحث قبليا وبعديا على مجموعة البحث المكونة من 30 طالب معلم من طلاب الفرقة الثانية شعبتي علم النفس والاجتماع للعام الجامعي 2022- 2023م، وتوصلت نتائج البحث إلى وجود فرق دال إحصائيا عند مستوى (0.01) بين متوسطي درجات مجموعة البحث في التطبيق القبلي والبعدي لمقياس الوعي بالأمن السيبراني ككل وفي كل جانب من جوانبه الثلاثة (المعرفي- السلوكي- الوجداني) لصالح التطبيق البعدي، ووجود فرق دال إحصائيا عند مستوى (0.01) بين متوسطي درجات مجموعة البحث في التطبيق القبلي والبعدي لمقياس التنور التقني ككل وفي كل جانب من جوانبه الثلاثة (المعرفي- السلوكي- الوجداني)، وذلك لصالح التطبيق البعدي؛ كما أوصى البحث بضرورة توعية الطلاب بخطورة الحروب المعلوماتية وما يترتب عليها من تهديد للمجتمع والأمن القومي ومؤسسات الدولة، وضرورة معرفة الطرق المناسبة لمكافحتها وحقوقهم ومسئولياتهم واستخدام وسائل الأمان الشخصي، وطرق حماية حدودهم المعلوماتية.

The research aimed at measuring the effectiveness of a proposed program to combat information wars for developing awareness of cybersecurity and technical enlightenment dimensions for Faculty of Education students at Psychology and Sociology Departments. The research utilized the descriptive and the experimental approach. The research tools consisted of a list of information war issues, a list of technical enlightenment dimension, a list of cybersecurity dimensions, the proposed program, cybersecurity awareness scale, and technical enlightenment scale. The research tools were pre and post administered to the research group consisting of 30 students from the second year of the psychology and sociology departments for the academic year 2022-2023. The results of the research revealed that there is a statistically significant difference at the level (0.01) between the mean scores of the research group in the pre and post administrations of the cybersecurity awareness scale as a whole and in each of its three dimensions (cognitive- behavioral- emotional) in favor of the post administration. Also, there is a statistically significant difference at the level (0.01) between the mean scores of the research group in the pre and post administrations of the technical enlightenment scale as a whole and in each of its three dimensions (cognitive- behavioral- emotional) in favor of the post administration. The research also recommended the necessity of educating students about the danger of information wars and the consequent threat to society, national security, and state institutions. Also, the necessity to know the appropriate ways of combating these wars. They must know their rights, responsibilities, the use of personal safety means, and ways to protect their information borders.
