|a تشكل التقلبات الاقتصادية والأمنية تهديدا حقيقا على الأمن الغذائي، فقد صارت دافعا للدول المصدرة للغذاء لأجل حماية أمنها الغذائي وتغليبه على الأمن الغذائي للدول الأخرى، لاسيما الأمن الغذائي للدول المستوردة؛ فمن خلال ذلك تعالج الورقة البحثية تداعيات الأزمة المالية 2007-2008 والاقتصادية 2008 -2009، ورصد الإجراءات والتدابير المتخذة من الدول المصدرة للغذاء والتي تمثلت أساسا في اتباع سياسة تقييد الصادرات أو حظرها، علاوة على رصد مداخل تأثير الحرب الروسية الأوكرانية على حالة الأمن الغذائي العالمي، مع التركيز على الجزائر كونها تستورد نسبة كبيرة من المنتجات الزراعية لتأمين حاجيتها من الغذاء، الأمر الذي أنذر بضرورة توجه الجزائر نحو نبذ ضعف الاعتماد على الذات في تحقيق الأمن الغذائي.
