المستخلص: هدف البحث الحالي إلى وضع خطة مقترحة لتطوير البرامج الجامعية المميزة لتلبية الاحتياجات المجتمعية في ضوء بعض الخبرات العالمية، وذلك من خلال: الكشف عن العلاقة بين التعليم الجامعي واحتياجات المجتمع، والتعرف على الإطار النظري والمفاهيمي للبرامج الجامعية المميزة، التعرف على أهم الخبرات العالمية في مجال استحداث البرامج الجامعية المميزة. استخدم البحث منهج البحث الوصفي، وتوصل البحث إلى بعض الآليات المقترحة لتطوير البرامج الجامعية المميزة لتلبية الاحتياجات المجتمعية في ضوء بعض الخبرات العالمية، وأهمها: دراسة متطلبات سوق العمل واحتياجات المجتمع بشكل جيد، متابعة أهم المستجدات والخبرات العالمية في مجال تطوير البرامج التعليمية الجامعية، تطوير البرامج الدراسية نظريًا وعمليا بالتنسيق مع مستجدات سوق العمل بما يحقق الأهداف المشتركة في إطار الجودة الشاملة، رفع مستوى التنسيق بين المؤسسات الجامعية والمؤسسات المهنية وذلك من خلال ربط البرامج الدراسية بالمتغيرات التكنولوجية والمعرفية الحالية، تكامل وتناسق سياسة الجامعات المصرية مع اتجاهاتها نحو التوسع الكمي والكيفي معًا، التأكيد على أهمية تطوير البرامج الدراسية أثناء المرحلة الجامعية لتنمية مهارات المخرجات التعليمية لزيادة القدرة التنافسية لسوق العمل، ربط المقررات والبرامج الدراسية بواقع احتياجات ومتطلبات سوق العمل.

The aim of the current research is to develop a proposed plan for the development of distinguished university programs in Egypt in the light of some international experiences, through: revealing the relationship between university education and the needs of society, and identifying the theoretical and conceptual framework for distinguished university programs, and identifying the most important international experiences in the field of developing programs. Distinguished University. The research used the descriptive research method: The research reached some proposed mechanisms for the development of university Distinguished programs in the light of some international experiences, the most important of which are: studying the requirements of the labor market and the needs of society well, following up the most important developments and international experiences in the field of developing university educational programs, developing study programs theoretically and practically in coordination with developments in the labor market, including Achieving common goals within the framework of total quality, raising the level of coordination between university institutions and professional institutions, by linking study programs with current technological and knowledge variables, Integration and consistency of the policy of Egyptian universities with their trends towards quantitative and qualitative expansion together, emphasizing the importance of developing study programs during the undergraduate level to develop the skills of educational outcomes to increase the competitiveness of the labor market, linking courses and study programs to the reality of the needs and requirements of the labor market.
