المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة شكل العلاقة بين التنمر نحو مرضى كورونا ومتغيرات الشخصية (القلق، والاجتماعية، والتعاطف)، وتحديد الفروق بين مرتفعي ومنخفضي التنمر نحو مرضى كورونا في متغيرات الشخصية (القلق - التعاطف- الاجتماعية) محل الدراسة، وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي المقارن، وكانت أدوات جمع البيانات المقاييس التالية: مقياس التنمر نحو مرضى كورونا (إعداد الباحثتين)، ومقياس التعاطف (إعداد الباحثتين)، ومقياس القلق كحالة (إعداد سبيبلبرجر، تعريب أحمد عبد الخالق)، ومقياس الاجتماعية (إعداد: Armond, 2001، ترجمة بركات حمزة)، وذلك لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة والإجابة على تساؤلاتها، وكانت عينة الدراسة تتكون من (۳۳۳) تراوحت أعمارهم من (٢١- ٤٥ سنة) (ذكرا وأنثى) من العاملين بالجهات الحكومية المختلفة لمدينة المنيا، والقرى التابعة لها، وكشفت نتائج الدراسة أنه يوجد ارتباط إيجابي دال بين متغير التنمر نحو مرضى كورونا المستجد ومتغير القلق، بالإضافة إلى وجود ارتباطا سالبا دالا بين متغير التنمر نحو مرضى كورونا ومتغيري التعاطف والاجتماعية، ووجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين مرتفعي ومنخفضي التنمر نحو مرضى كورونا في متغيرات الاجتماعية، والتعاطف لصالح منخفضي التنمر.

The study aimed to find out the form of the relationship between bullying towards corona patients and personality variables (anxiety, social, and empathy). And determining the differences between the high and low of bullying towards corona patients in the personality variables (anxiety- empathy- social under study) and the comparative correlative descriptive approach was used, The data collection tools were the following scales: the bullying scale towards corona patients (prepared by: the two researchers), the empathy scale (prepared by the two researchers), the anxiety scale as a condition (prepared by Spebelberger, translated by: Ahmed Abdel-Khaleq), and the social scale (prepared by Armond, 2000:, translation: Barakat Hamza), in order to achieve the objectives of the study and answer its questions, The study sample consisted of (333), whose ages ranged from (21-45 years) (male and female) working in the various government agencies of the city of Minya and its affiliated villages, The results of the study revealed that there is a significant positive correlation between the bullying variable towards new corona patients and the anxiety variable, in addition to a significant negative relationship between the bullying variable towards corona patients and the sympathy and social variables, and there are statistically significant differences between high and low bullying towards corona patients in social variables, and sympathy for low bullyin.
