المستخلص: في هذا البحث -بعون الله - ستقوم الباحثة بتسليط الضوء على اتجاهات انحراف النسوية في تفسير نصوص القرآن، وأبرز انحرافاتها في ذلك من خلال آية القوامة، ونقدها عبر منظور شرعي، وذلك من خلال تقسيمات البحث التي جاءت في ثلاثة مباحث وسبعة مطالب. كما يهدف البحث إلى التعريف بالجذور التاريخية للنسوية، وأبرز منظريها، وبيان اتجاهات انحراف النسوية في تفسير نصوص القرآن، وأسباب انحرافها، والكشف عن انحرافات النسوية في تفسير نصوص القرآن من خلال آية القوامة. ولقد استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي القائم على الاستقراء الناقص والتحليل؛ وذلك من خلال عرض أبرز الدلالات والمعاني لمصطلح النسوية، وتتبع انحرافاتها في تفسير نصوص القرآن من خلال آية القوامة، والمنهج التاريخي: وذلك في تتبع الجذور التاريخية للحركة النسوية، بالإضافة إلى المنهج النقدي: في نقد هذه الانحرافات. وخلص البحث إلى عدد من النتائج، من أهمها: 1 - إن مفهوم النسوية واسع ومتشعب، لا تتضح معالمه بشكل كامل مانع، فكل يوظفه بحسب فكره ورؤيته، ويدخل في حقوق المرأة ما يخالفه من أصحاب الفكر الآخر، وكلهم يدعون الدفاع عن حقوق المرأة والمناداة بها. ٢ - إن مفهوم النسوية قد حدثت فيه تحولات عديدة، وتطورات مختلفة، إذ ابتدأت بمطالب معقولة، وانتهى بما يخالف الفطر السليمة، والعقول الصحيحة، والتشريعات الحكيمة. 3- تعد التأويلات النسوية من المحاولات الحديثة في تفسير القرآن بشكل منحرف عن مقاصده ومراميه والتي انتقدها العديد من العلماء، واعتبروها دعوات غربية تهدف إلى تحريف التفسيرات الصحيحة للقرآن، وتفسر القرآن بانحياز للمرأة. 4- اعتبرت النسويات قوامة الرجل سببًا رئيسيا للتمييز القائم بين الجنسين، وللخلاص من قوامته ووصايته على المرأة، وتحريرها من اضطهاد الرجل وسيطرته؛ قامت بإعادة صياغة تأويل النصوص، وإعطائها معاني جديدة تتناسب مع التقدم والتطور والحضارة -بزعمهن -. ومن التوصيات: ۱ - نشر الوعي المجتمعي فيما يتعلق بقضايا المرأة والفكر النسوي الغربي والعربي، ودحض الشبهات المثارة حولها، وتفنيدها والرد عليها بالمنهج الشرعي القائم على النصوص القرآنية، والأحاديث النبوية، وأقوال أهل العلم والسلف الصالح، وإيجاد البديل الإسلامي عن طريق إبراز ما في التراث الإسلامي من نماذج نسائية مشرفة. ٢- ضرورة تضافر الجهود والتنسيق بين كافة الجهات الإسلامية لمواجهة النسوية وما تحمله من انحرافات ومخالفات فكرية، وتوعية الناس بخطورتها من خلال وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، بالإضافة إلى عقد المؤتمرات والندوات والأبحاث العلمية حولها. 3- التوظيف الأمثل لمهارة التفكير الناقد، والقراءة الواعية، والنظرة الفاحصة لكل ما يصل إلينا من الغرب من مصطلحات ومسميات، وإبراز اهتمام الإسلام بتلك المهارة.

In this research - with God's help - the researcher will shed light on the trends of feminism deviation in the interpretation of the texts of the Qur'an, and the most prominent deviations in that through the verse of guardianship, and criticism is not a legitimate perspective, through the divisions of the research that came in three sections and seven demands. The research also aims to introduce the historical roots of feminism, and the most prominent theorists, in addition to clarify the trends of feminism's deviation in the interpretation of the texts of the Qur'an. As well as explaining the reasons for its deviation, and to reveal the deviations of feminism in the interpretation of the texts of the Qur'an through the verse of guardianship. The researcher used the descriptive approach based on incomplete induction and analysis, by presenting the most prominent connotations and meanings of the term feminism, and tracing its deviations in interpreting the texts of the Qur'an through the verse of guardianship, and the historical method: in tracing the historical roots of the feminist movement, in addition to the critical approach: in criticizing these deviations. The research concluded a number of results, the most important of which are: . 1 The concept of feminism is broad and complex, its features are not fully clear, as each employs it according to his thought and vision and includes in women's rights what is contrary to him from the owners of the other thought, and all of them claim to defend women's rights and advocate for them. 2 The concept of feminism has undergone many transformations and different developments, starting with reasonable demands, and ending contrary to sound mushrooms, right minds, and wise legislation. . 3 Feminist interpretations are one of the modern attempts to interpret the Qur'an in a deviant way from its purposes and objectives, which many scholars have criticized, and considered Western calls aimed at distorting the correct interpretations of the Qur'an, and interpreting the Qur'an biased towards women. . 4 Feminists considered the guardianship of men as a major cause of gender discrimination, to get rid of their guardianship and guardianship over women, and to free them from men's oppression and domination; they reformulated the interpretation of the texts, giving them new meanings commensurate with progress, development and civilization - according to them. The final research Recommendations include: . 1 Spreading societal awareness regarding women's issues and Western and Arab feminist thought, refuting the suspicions raised about them, refuting them and responding to them with the legal approach based on Quranic texts, the hadiths of the Prophet, the sayings of scholars and the righteous predecessors, and finding the Islamic alternative by highlighting the bright female models in the Islamic heritage. 2 The need for concerted efforts and coordination between all Islamic bodies to confront feminism and its deviations and intellectual violations, and to educate people about its danger through social media, in addition to holding conferences, seminars and scientific research on it. . 3 Optimal use of the skill of critical thinking, conscious reading, and a close look at all the terms and names that reach us from the West, and highlight Islam's interest in that skill.
