هدف البحث رصد بعض معوقات أداء إدارة المتابعة وتقويم الأداء بالإدارات التعليمية بمحافظة الشرقية وكيفية مواجهتها، واستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي، وتم تطبيق الاستبانة على جميع مديري الإدارات ووكلائها ومديري المراحل وأعضاء إدارة المتابعة وتقويم الأداء بالإدارات التعليمية بمحافظة الشرقية، والبالغ عددهم (269) فردا، وبلغ عدد الاستبانات التي استردتها الباحثة (199)، وانتهى البحث إلى عدة مقترحات لمواجهة معوقات أداء إدارة المتابعة وتقويم الأداء بالإدارات التعليمية بمحافظة الشرقية، منها: ضرورة تحديد احتياجات إدارة المتابعة وتقويم الأداء من القوى العاملة والتجهيزات والمواد والعمل على توفيرها، والمراجعة المستمرة أعمال الخطة التشغيلية الخاصة بالإدارة وإنجازاتها، ومتابعة السلف وجوانب نفقاتها، بما يخدم أغراض العملية التعليمية، ويحقق أهدافها، ومتابعة إجراءات التبرعات التي تقدم إلى مختلف المدارس التابعة للإدارة، والتحقيق الأولي في شكاوى المواطنين ضمن النظام ومسؤوليات الإدارة، والتحقيق في المخالفات التي تتم من قبل منسوبي الإدارة والمدارس وفقا لتوجيهات مدير إدارة التربية والتعليم، ومراقبة حضور وغياب منسوبي الإدارة وفروعها أثناء ساعات الدوام الرسمي وتقديم تقرير عن ذلك إلى مدير إدارة التربية والتعليم، وإعداد خطط عمل الإدارة ومتابعة إنجازاتها وإرسالها لجهات الاختصاص.
The aim of the research is to monitor some of the obstacles to the performance of the Follow-up and Performance Evaluation Department in the educational departments in Sharkia Governorate and how to confront them. The number of questionnaires retrieved by the researcher was (199), and the research concluded with several proposals to address the obstacles to the performance of the Follow- up and Performance Evaluation Department in the educational departments in Sharkia Governorate, including: the need to determine the needs of the Follow-up and Performance Evaluation Department of manpower, equipment and materials and work to provide them, and the continuous review of the work of the operational plan related to the administration and its achievements, following up advances and aspects of its expenditures, in a manner that serves the purposes of the educational process and achieves its objectives, following up the procedures for donations that are provided to the various schools affiliated with the administration, preliminary investigation of citizens' complaints within the system and administration responsibilities, and investigation of violations committed by employees of the administration and schools in accordance with For the directives of the Director of the Education Department, and to monitor the presence and absence of MNS And between the administration and its branches during official working hours and submit a report on that to the Director of the Education Department, prepare work plans for the department, follow up on its achievements and send it to the competent authorities.
