المستخلص: تهدف الدراسة إلى إعداد برامج تنمية إدارية مقترحة لإعداد كوادر قيادية ملهمة بالأندية الرياضية بمحافظة الإسكندرية من خلال: - تحديد الاحتياجات التدريبية من مهارات القيادة الملهمة. - إعداد برامج تنمية إدارية مقترحة لإعداد كوادر قيادية ملهمة بالأندية الرياضية بمحافظة الإسكندرية. استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي المسحي لمناسبته لطبيعة الدراسة، وتم تحديد مجتمع الدراسة من عدد (86) نادى (أندية كبرى – أندية شعبية) بمحافظة الإسكندرية بإجمالي عدد (146) مدير من مدراء الأندية ومدراء النشاط الرياضي بكل نادى. في ضوء أهداف البحث تم التوصل إلى النتائج إلى أن النسبة المئوية لآراء مدراء الأندية ومدراء النشاط الرياضي في احتياجاتهم التدريبية كانت كالتالي: حصلت مهارات التحفيز والتشجيع على نسبة تراوحت بين (77.88%: 97.88%) وبلغت مهارة " تشجيع أعضاء مجلس الإدارة على المشاركة في أعمال المجلس " على اكبر نسبة، يليها مهارات الاستثارة الفكرية حصلت على نسبة (77.27%: 87.88%) وبلغت مهارة " الاستثارة العقلية للعاملين للتفكير في التحديات التي تواجه العمل بالنادي" على اكبر نسبة، بينما حصلت مهارة القدرة على التمكين على نسبة (78.79%: 87.88%) وبلغت مهارة " القواعد التي تحكم حقوق ومسؤوليات للعاملين تجاه النادي" على اكبر نسبة، وجاءت مهارات بناء الرؤية المشتركة بنسبة (79.09%: 83.33%) وحصلت مهارة "إدارة الذات وتعزيز الثقة في النفس" على أكبر نسبة، تلاها مهارات الاتصال بنسبة (79.09%: 83.94%) وبلغت مهارة "إدارة الذات وتعزيز الثقة في النفس" على اكبر نسبة، وجاءت مهارة التأثير المثالي بالمركز الأخير بنسبة (79.70%: 83.94%) وبلغت مهارة "القيادة الملهمة ودورها في العمل" على أكبر نسبة. وتوصى الباحثة بالآتي:- * تطبيق البرامج المقترحة على قيادات أندية محافظة الإسكندرية. * تطبيق البرامج المقترحة على قيادات الأندية بجميع أندية جمهورية مصر العربية.

The study aims to prepare proposed administrative development programs to prepare inspiring leadership cadres in sports clubs in Alexandria Governorate through: - Determining the training needs of inspiring leadership skills. Preparing proposed administrative development programs to prepare inspiring leadership cadres in sports clubs in Alexandria Governorate. The researcher used the descriptive survey approach due to its suitability for the nature of the study, and the study population was determined from (86) clubs (major clubs - popular clubs) in Alexandria Governorate, with a total number of (146) club managers and sports activity managers in each club. In light of the objectives of the research, the results were reached that the percentage of opinions of club managers and sports activity managers regarding their training needs was as follows: Motivation and encouragement skills got a rate ranging between (77.88%: 97.88%), and the skill of “encouraging board members to participate in the work of the council” reached the largest percentage, followed by intellectual stimulation skills, which got a rate between (77.27%: 87.88%), and the skill of "excitement" reached The mentality of the workers to think about the challenges facing the work of the club” is the largest percentage, while the skill of the ability to empower got a rate that ranged between (78.79%: 87.88%) and the skill of "rules governing the rights and responsibilities of workers towards the club" reached the largest percentage, and the skills of building a common vision reached At rates ranging between (79.09%: 83.33%), the skill of "self-management and enhancing self-confidence" was the largest percentage, followed by communication skills with a rate ranging between (79.09%: 83.94%), and the skill of "self-management and strengthening self-confidence" was the largest percentage. The skill of ideal influence came in the last place, with a percentage ranging between (79.70%: 83.94%), and the skill of "inspirational leadership and its role at work" reached the largest percentage. The researcher recommended the following: * Applying the proposed program to the leaders of Alexandria clubs. * Applying the proposed program to club leaders in all clubs of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
