المستخلص: هدف البحث الحالي إلى تقديم رؤية مستقبلية مقترحة لتحويل كليات التربية في مصر لمنظمات تعلم مهنية، وذلك من خلال السعي لبلورة إطار فكري حول طبيعة منظمات التعلم المهنية مع توضيح أبرز النماذج العالمية والعربية لمنظمة التعلم وأبعادها ومبررات تحول كليات التربية لمنظمات تعلم مهنية، والكشف عن معوقات ومتطلبات تحول كليات التربية لمنظمات تعلم مهنية. وقد قدم البحث رؤية مستقبلية مقترحة لتحويل كليات التربية في مصر لمنظمات تعلم مهنية، تضمنت ما يأتي: 1. تطوير رؤية ورسالة كليات التربية. 2. تفعيل التعلم التنظيمي بكليات التربية من أجل الاستفادة من أخطائها وتطوير أدائها. 3. تعديل الهيكل التنظيمي بكليات التربية ليصبح أكثر مرونة. 4. تمكين أعضاء هيئة التدريس بكليات التربية من رؤية جماعية مشتركة. 5. تفعيل التفكير النظمي بكليات التربية. 6. تشجيع التعلم الجماعي أو التعلم في فريق بكليات التربية. 7. تبني ثقافة تنظيمية داعمة للتعلم بكليات التربية. 8. تبني القيادة الاستراتيجية الداعمة للتعلم بكليات التربية. 9. بناء أنظمة للتشارك المعرفي بكليات التربية.

The current research aimed to present a proposed prospective vision to transform the Faculties of Education in Egypt into professional learning organizations, by identifying an intellectual framework on the nature of professional learning organizations, clarify the most prominent international and arab models for the learning organization and their dimensions, the justifications for transforming the faculties of education into professional learning organizations, and reveal obstacles and requirements transforming Faculties of Education into professional learning organizations. The research presented a proposed prospective vision to transform the faculties of education in Egypt into professional learning organizations, which included the following: 1. Developing the vision and mission of the Faculties of Education. 2. Activating organizational learning in the Faculties of education in order to benefit from their mistakes and develop their performance. 3. Modifying the organizational structure of the Faculties of Education to make it more flexible. 4. Enabling faculty members in the faculties of education to have a common collective vision. 5. Activating systems thinking in Faculties of education. 6. Encouraging group learning or learning in a team in the Faculties of Education. 7. Adopting an organizational culture that supports learning in the Faculties of Education. 8. Adopting strategic leadership that supports learning in the Faculties of Education. 9. Building systems for knowledge sharing in the faculties of education.
