المستخلص: تهدف الدراسة إلى الرغبة في التعمق في منهج الحنفية فيما يتعلق بالدلالات؛ لاستخراج المعاني الخفية التي قصدوها في ذكر تلك التقسيمات، واستقراء الكتب والمصنفات المؤلفة في ذلك؛ ليظهر الفرق بين طريقة المتقدمين والمتأخرين، وتوصيف أسباب الاختلاف بينهم في التقسيمات، وأعدادها، وترتيبها، ووجه الضبط فيها. واتبع الباحث المنهج التحليلي الاستقرائي في البحث. وقد توصل الباحث إلى نتائج وتوصيات من خلال البحث، ومن أبرزها: 1- تبين لي من خلال البحث أن تقسيمات دلالات الألفاظ كانت موجودة في كتب المتقدمين كالجصاص رحمه الله إما بالعبارة أو الإشارة، حتى استقر التقسيم الرباعي عند الدبوسي رحمه الله. 2- اتضح لي أن هذه التقسيمات نشأت من استقراء تام للكتاب والسنة، فكانت شاملة لكل طريق يمكن أن يتوصل به إلى الحكم الشرعي. 3- أن الخلاف بين الحنفية في عدد، وترتيب الأقسام ووجه الضبط فيها يرجع إلى اختلافهم في الاعتبارات، أو الأحكام، أو ما سوى ذلك من وجوه الاختلاف المعتبرة. 4- أن الحنفية قد اتفقوا إجمالا على التقسيمات التي ابتكرها وبسطها الدبوسي رحمه الله باختلاف الاعتبارات الأربعة، وهي: وجوه النظم، ووجوه البيان، ووجوه الاستعمال، ووجوه الاستدلال، وما يندرج تحتها من أقسام وتطبيقات. وأوصى الباحث بالتأمل في التقسيمات التي ذكرها الدبوسي في الدلالات وغيرها، والسعي إلى إدراك أبعادها، وأسرارها، والفروق بينها، وما يترتب على ذلك من ثمرات ونتائج.

This study aims at delving deep into the methodology of the Hanafis regarding the connotations, in order to dig out the hidden meanings meant by them in mentioning those divisions, and to conduct an all- encompassing reading of the books authored in this regard, in order to reveal the difference between the methods of the past scholars and the later ones, and the highlight of the reasons for the difference of opinions between them on the divisions, and its numbers, and its arrangement, the factor for its correctness. The researcher followed the analytical inductive method. And the researcher concluded with some findings and recommendations, the most significant of which include: 1- Based on this research, we found that the divisions of semantics were present in the books of earlier scholars, such as Al-Jassas, may Allah have mercy on him, either by phrase or reference, until the quadrilateral division was established by Al-Dabousim, may Allah have mercy on him. 2- It became clear to us that these divisions arose from a complete all-encompassing reading of the Qur’an and the Sunnah, including all ways in which one could reach the legitimate judgement. 3- The discrepancy between the Hanafis in the numbe, arrangement of the sections and the way of setting them is due to differences in considerations, judgements, or other significant differences. 4- The Hanafis generally agreed on the divisions that Dabousi, may Allah have mercy on him, created and simplified, according to the four considerations: the aspects of systems, the aspects of statement, the aspects of use, the aspects of inference, and the divisions and applications underlying them. It was recommended to reflect on and expand the divisions mentioned by Al-Dabousi in semantics and others, and to endeavor to comprehend the dimensions, secrets, the differences between them, and the resulting outcomes and consequences.
