المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن مستوى الأعراض النفسية والجسدية، وطبيعة الاختلاف بينهما لدى الأسرى الفلسطينيين المحررين من السجون الإسرائيلية تبعا لبعض المتغيرات، تكونت عينة الدراسة من (517) أسير وأسيرة، تم اختيارهم بالطريقة المتيسرة. ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة استخدم مقياس الأعراض النفسية (الشريفين والشريفين (۲۰۱۱) ومقياس الأعراض الجسدية (أبو النيل، ۲۰۰۱) بعد إيجاد دلالات الصدق والثبات المناسبة لهما. وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن مستوى الأعراض النفسية لدى الأسرى المحررين جاء متوسطا على جميع المجالات، في حين جاءت الأعراض الجسدية بمستوى منخفض. كما أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود فروق في مستوى الأعراض النفسية تعزى لمتغير مكان السكن، وإلى عدم جود فروق في مستوى الأعراض النفسية تعزى لمتغيري الجنس، ومدة الأسر. في حين أظهرت نتائج الدراسة عدم وجود فروق في مستوى الأعراض الجسدية لدى الأسرى المحررين تعزى لجميع متغيرات الدراسة. وفي ضوء ما توصلت إليه الدراسة من نتائج يوصى بضرورة العناية بالصحة النفسية للأسرى المحررين لدى خروجهم من الأسر.

This study aimed to reveal the level of psychological and physical symptoms and the nature of the Differences between them in light of some variables among Palestinian ex-Prisoners released from Israeli Prisons, the study sample consisted of (517) males and females ex-Prisoners who were selected in the available way. To achieve the aim of the study, the psychological symptoms scale (Al-Sharifin and Al- Sharifin, 2011) and the physical symptoms scale (Abu El-Nile, 2001) were used after finding the appropriate validity and reliability indications for them. The results of study showed that the level of psychological symptoms among ex-Prisoners released was moderate, while the physical symptoms came low. The results of the study also indicated that there were differences in the level of psychological symptoms attributable to place of residence, in the dimension of phobia. While The results of the study showed that there were no differences in the level of psychological symptoms attributable to the variables, gender and period of prison. The results of the study also showed that there were no differences in the level of physical symptoms among ex-Prisoners released attributed to all variables in the study. In light of the findings of the study, it is recommended to take care of the mental health of the ex-Prisoners upon their release from captivity.
