|b Our analysis of the profile of business lawyers practising at the Casablanca Bar and their background in training and professional practice allowed us to reveal the mechanisms that determine their position at the top of the Bar. Business lawyers make up the dominant seg- ment thanks to their favored social background, their elite training crowned by an internship in a foreign bar and their professional practice that moves away from the artisanal model and approaches that of foreign firms. They are much more interested in new legal services and the business world, and this for a better professionalization.
|d Notre analyse du profil des avocats d'affaires exerçant au Barreau de Casablanca et de leur parcours empruntés en matière de formation et d'exercice professionnel nous a permis de dévoiler les mécanismes conditionnant leur positionnement au sommet du Barreau. Les avo- cats d'affaires composent le segment dominant grâce à leur origine sociale favorisée, à leur formation d'élite couronnée par un stage dans un Barreau étranger et à leur exercice profes- sionnel qui s'éloigne du modèle artisanal et s'approche de celui des cabinets étrangers. Ils s'intéressent beaucoup plus aux nouveaux services juridiques et au monde de l'entreprise, et ce pour une professionnalisation meilleure.
