The Casablanca Bar has seen a reconfiguration of its professional institutions. The strong interventionism of the State in relation to the attributions of the ordinal organs, generated claims of the lawyers. This interventionism of the State hinders the process of professionalization of this group, which is supposed to be "liberal". The emergence of new associations of young lawyers was in a context of conflict between young people and elder lawyers. The latter are considered monopolists of the official institutions of professional representativeness. Indeed, young lawyers have found in the new associations a way to escape the tutelage of the state. Le Barreau de Casablanca a connu une reconfiguration de ses institutions professionnelles. Le fort interventionnisme de l'État par rapport aux attributions des organes ordinaux, a généré des revendications des avocats. Cet interventionnisme de l'État entrave le processus de professionnalisation de ce groupe, censé être "libéral". L'émergence de nouvelles associations de jeunes avocats était dans un contexte de conflit entre les jeunes et les avocats plus âgés. Ces derniers sont considérés comme monopolistes des institutions officielles de représentation professionnelle. En effet, les jeunes avocats ont trouvé dans les nouvelles associations un moyen d'échapper à la tutelle de l'État. |
