المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة أهداف التربية عند الشيخ محمد العثيمين، وأسس التربية (العلمية والخلقية والاجتماعية) عنده رحمه الله، وسمات المعلم المهنية في فكره، والتطبيقات التربوية المستنبطة من فكره والمتعلقة بأهداف وأسس التربية في العملية التعليمية. واعتمدت الدراسة على البحث النوعي بمنهجه الوصفي الوثائقي والمنهج الاستنباطي، وتكونت العينة من ثلاثة كتب من كتب الشيخ محمد بن صالح العثيمين؛ وهي: شرح حلية طالب العلم، الضياء اللامع من الخطب الجوامع، شرح رياض الصالحين. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج من أبرزها: أن من أهداف التربية عند الشيخ: تعظيم القرآن والسنة، والحث على طلب العلم، والتخلق بالأخلاق الحميدة، ووجوب طاعة ولاة الأمر وعدم مخالفة النظام؛ كما أظهرت النتائج أسس التربية العلمية وهي التي تقوم سلوك المتعلمين نحو إخلاص العمل لله تعالى، وأن تقوى الله سبب لقوة الفهم التي يحصل بها زيادة العلم، ووجوب الرجوع إلى الحق حين يجده الإنسان، ومن أسس التربية الخلقية: حسن الخلق مع الله، وحسن التعامل مع النفس ومع الأهل ومع الناس، وتربية النفس على علو الهمة، والحوار مع الأبناء بالود واللين، ومن الأسس الاجتماعية: الانضباط في العمل والإخلاص فيه، ونبذ التعصب القبلي والتفاخر بالأنساب، كما توصلت النتائج إلى سمات المعلم المهنية؛ ومنها: أن يكون قدوة، وأن يتصف بالأمانة والإخلاص لله في تعليمه وتوجيهه، والتمكن من المادة العلمية؛ كما أشارت النتائج إلى العديد من التطبيقات التربوية في العملية التعليمية؛ ومنها: بيان المحتوى التعليمي الذي يعد الأساس في المعرفة والتربية، والقائم على كتاب الله وسنة رسوله صلى الله عليه وسلم، واستخدام استراتيجية الحوار والمناقشة في العملية التعليمية، وتشجيع العمل الجماعي، ومشاركة المعلومات، ونشر العلم.

The study aimed to identify the objectives of education of Sheikh Muhammad Al- Uthaymeen, his - may God have mercy on him - (scientific, moral and social) foundations of education, the professional qualities of the teachers in his thought, and the educational applications derived from his thought and related to the objectives and foundations of education in the educational process. The study relied on qualitative research in its descriptive, documentary, and deductive approaches, the sample consisted of three books of Sheikh Muhammad bin Saleh Al- Uthaymeen, which are: Explanation of Hilyat Talib Al-Ilm, Al-Diyaa Al Laami' min Al- Khutab Al-Jawaami' , and Explanation of Riyad Al Saliheen. The main results of the study including: one of the objectives of education of the sheikh is: glorifying the Qur’an and Sunnah, urging people to seek knowledge, and to have good morals, and to be obedient to those in authority and not violating the system; The results also showed the foundations of scientific education, which corrects the behavior of learners to be sincere in working for Allah -the Almighty-, and that fear of Allah is a reason for good understanding by which knowledge increases, and the necessity of returning to the truth when a person finds it. Among the foundations of moral education: good manners with Allah, caring of our selves, our families and people, Educating our souls to diligence, and dialogue with children in kindness and gentleness. Among the social foundations: discipline in work and sincerity in it, and rejection of tribal fanaticism and flaunting their lineages. The results also showed the professional qualities of the teachers, including: to be a role model and characterized by honesty and sincerity to Allah in his teaching and guidance, proficiency in scientific material. The results also indicated many educational applications in the educational process, including: clarifying the educational content, which is the basis for knowledge and education based on the Qur’an and the Sunnah, using the strategy of dialogue and discussion in the educational process, encouraging teamwork, sharing information and spreading knowledge.
