المستخلص: هدف هذا البحث إلى معرفة نوع العلاقة بين جودة المعلومات ودورها في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية المستدامة، بالإضافة إلى قياس درجات التباين بين أبعاد جودة المعلومات في تحقيق هذه الميزة. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة وإثبات فرضياتها تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي الذي يتبنى طريقة دراسة ظاهرة معينة كما هي في الواقع، ويركز على وصفها بشكل دقيق، ويقوم بتوضيح خصائصها والتعبير كميا بوصفها رقميا. وقد تكونت عينة الدراسة (65) موظفا من موظفي المنظمات التي تعمل في مجال المجتمع المدني. ومن أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة: تساهم أبعاد جودة المعلومات في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية المستدامة. كما بينت النتائج عن وجود علاقة ارتباط طردية دالة إحصائيا بين جودة المعلومات والميزة التنافسية المستدامة. في هذا الخصوص، أوصت الدراسة منظمات المجتمع المدني العاملة في مدينة غازي عنتاب ألا تقف عند موضوع نقل تكنولوجيا المعلومات إنما عليها أن تسعى لتحقيق أفضل أداء من خلال وضع معايير للحصول على معلومات عالية الجودة من أجل تحقيق هذه الميزة.

The aim of this study is to know the type of relationship between information quality and its role in achieving sustainable competitive advantage, in addition to measuring the degrees of variation between the dimensions of information quality in achieving this advantage. To achieve the objectives of the study and prove its hypotheses, the descriptive analytical approach was used, which adopts the method of studying a particular phenomenon as it is in reality, and focuses on describing it accurately, clarifying its characteristics and expressing it quantitatively by describing it numerically. The study sample consisted of (65) employees of organizations working in the field of civil society. Among the most important findings of the study: The dimensions of information quality contribute to achieving sustainable competitive advantage. The results also showed that there is a statistically significant direct correlation between information quality and sustainable competitive advantage. In this regard, the study recommended that civil society organizations operating in the city of Gaziantep should not stop at the issue of information technology transfer, but should strive to achieve the best performance by setting standards for obtaining high-quality information in order to achieve this advantage.
