|a لمؤسسات المجتمع السعودي أدوار بالغة الأثر في مواجهة انتشار جائحة كورونا، التي أدى انتشارها إلى اتخاذ العديد من الإجراءات الاحترازية لمواجهتها، وكان من بينها التباعد الاجتماعي، والعزلة، وساعد ذلك على تزايد فترات استخدام الأنترنت لدى جميع فئات المجتمع- وبخاصة الشباب والمراهقين- ومن ثم تزايدت العوامل المساهمة في زيادة حجم إشكالية الإدمان الإلكتروني وتبعاتها على الفرد والمجتمع السعودي. وتطلب ذلك تقييم واقع الإدمان الإلكتروني وتأثيراته وأدوار مؤسسات المجتمع لتلافي تبعاته السلبية على الفرد والمجتمع، من خلال التحليل التنقيبي لتغريدات تويتر منذ بدء انتشار جائحة كورونا. وقد استهدف البحث تحديد المعدلات النسبية للتغريدات الخاصة بأدوار مؤسسات المجتمع في مواجهة الإدمان الإلكتروني للشباب والمراهقين، والمبادرات والتوصيات لمواجهتها من خلال التنقيب البياناتي لتغريدات تويتر. وأظهرت نتائج التحليل التنقيبي أن المعدلات النسبية لأدوار مؤسسات المجتمع في مواجهة الإدمان الإلكتروني للشباب والمراهقين وردت في (623) تغريدة، شارك فيها (547) مغرد ومغردة، كانت أعلى فئات المغردين ممن تراوحت أعمارهم بين 25-34 سنة حيث بلغ عددهم (307) متفاعلا، وكانت أعلى معدلات التغريد خلال الفترة من 20/4/2020 م-25/1/2020 م. كما وردت توصيات ومبادرات مقترحة لمواجهة انتشار الإدمان الإلكتروني بين الشباب والمراهقين والحد من تبعاته على الفرد والمجتمع في (618) تغريدة، شارك فيها (358) مغرد ومغردة، كانت أعلى فئات المغردين ممن تراوحت أعمارهم بين 25-34 سنة حيث بلغ عددهم (182) متفاعلا، وكانت أعلى معدلات التغريد خلال الفترة من 15/4/2020 م- 30/1/2020 م. واختتم البحث بعدد من التوصيات في ضوء ما أظهرته نتائجه.

The search was targeted determining the relative rates of tweets related to the roles of community institutions in confronting the electronic addiction of youth and adolescents, and the initiatives and recommendations to confront them through data mining of Twitter tweets. The results of the exploratory analysis showed that the relative rates of the roles of community institutions in confronting the electronic addiction of youth and adolescents were contained in (623) tweets, in which (547) male and female singers participated. And the highest rates of tweets were during the period from 04/20/2020 AD - 01/25/2020 AD. Recommendations and suggested initiatives were also received to confront the spread of electronic addiction among youth and adolescents and to limit its consequences on the individual and society in (618) tweets, in which (358) singers participated, the highest category of tweeters was between the ages of 25-34 years, as their number swallowed (182) interacting, and the highest tweet rates were during the period from 04/15/2020 AD- 01/30/2020 AD. The research concluded with several recommendations in the light of what its results showed.
