المستخلص: إن التطور والتقدم الحاصل على مستوى أصعدة الحياة كافة أسس منهجيات وأفكار متجددة، وما يتعلق بالفكر الإسلامي هو إبثاق تيارات فكرية من كافة المذاهب الإسلامية تنسب نفسها إلى حركة التجديد في تأصيل الفكر الإسلامي، ولكنها في حقيقة الأمر والواقع تعالجه بأدوات فيها الكثير من الإفراط، تبعاً لنظرتها لموضوع التجديد، فبعضها تتفاعل بشكل لا يصدق مع الحضارات واحتكاكها الفكري المباشر معها، مما يفضي ذلك لفتح أبواب التحدي وصنع الدور السلبي على الواقع الإسلامي وتطبيقاً للفكر المحمدي وأهل البيت (عليهم السلام) في قول صادقهم (عليه السلام): "لا إفراط ولا تفريط"؛ أي: لا تجديد منسلخ من المبادئ القرآنية وسنة النبي الأكرم (صلى الله عليه وسلم)، ولا حجر الفكر الإسلامي وتعجيزه وعزله بزاوية من زوايا التأريخ مما يفض لخلق واقع مر وأزمة فكرية إسلامية حقيقة تعجز حتى عن دفع الضرر عن نفسها، و هذا ما أراده الباحث جهد ما أمكنه من أجل تبيان مشروعية التجديد من القرآن والسنة، وبيان مخاطر الركود الفكري وصوره وآثاره الوخيمة على الدين الإسلامي أما أهميته تتضح من خلال أنه جمع أهم ما يميز الفكر الإسلامي المظلوم للركود الفكري، ومحاولة إظهار سمة التجديد فيه و التي تنافي القيم الإسلامية والمجتمعية، كذلك إن ما تميز به البحث أيضا هو أن الباحث اعتمد في طرحه على المنهج الاستقرائي والمنهج الوصفي التحليلي كما سيأتي، وكذلك اعتماده بعض الشيء على المنهج النقدي في تصويب بعض المعالم التي تنافي القيم السامية للدين الإسلامي منطلقاً من المصادر الأساسية للشريعة الإسلامية هما القرآن والسنة النبوية الشريفة ومن أهم الاستنتاجات التي توصل لها الباحث في الميادين الحداثوية هو أن أغلب المفكرين يحاولون التخلص من ضوابط الشريعة ونصوصها وقيمها ومعاييرها وقيودها وقواعدها، وترك من كل ما يولد سيطرة أو عقبة أمام العقل المحظ.

The Evolution and progress at all levels of life are the foundations of innovative methodologies and ideas, And What concerns Islamic thought is the creation of currents of thought from all Islamic doctrines that attribute themselves to a movement in rooting Islamic thought, But in fact, it deals with it with tools that contain a lot of excess, according to its view of the issue of renewal, as some of them interact incredibly with civilizations and have direct intellectual contact with them, This leads to opening the doors of challenge and creating a negative role on the Islamic reality And applying the thought of Muhammad and Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them) in the words of al-Sadiq (peace be upon him) :'' No excess or negligence, which: No renewal detached from the principles of the Qur’an and the Sunnah of the Noble Prophet (PBUH), And not to block Islamic thought and to incapacitate it and isolate it from one of the corners of history, which leads to the creation of a bitter reality and a truly Islamic intellectual crisis that is unable even to ward off harm from itself, And This is what the researcher wanted, as much effort as he could, in order to clarify the legitimacy of renewal from the Qur’an and Sunnah, and to show the dangers of intellectual stagnation, its forms, and its dire effects on the Islamic religion. As for its importance, it is evident through the collection of the most important features that distinguish the oppressed Islamic thought of intellectual stagnation, and its attempt to show the feature of renewal in it, which contradicts Islamic and societal values, Also, what distinguished the research also is that the researcher relied in presenting it on the inductive approach and the descriptive analytical approach, as will come, Further his reliance to some extent on the critical approach in correcting some features that contradict the sublime values of the Islamic religion Based on the basic sources of Islamic law, the Qur’an and the Sunnah of the Prophet. And One of the most important conclusions reached by the researcher in the fields of modernity is that most thinkers try to get rid of the Sharia’s controls, texts, values, standards, restrictions and rules, And leave everything that generates control or an obstacle in front of the lucky mind.
