|a يحظى موضوع الاستقرار السياسي باهتمام الكثير من الباحثين والمختصين بالدراسات السياسية والاجتماعية، وبات يمثل محورا وركنا أساسيا في أغلب دراساتهم نظرا لما يمثله هذا الموضوع من أهمية وضرورة حتمية للأنظمة السياسية دون استثناء على كافة الأصعدة والمستويات باعتباره مفهوم نسبي يتسم بالحركية والمرونة وعدم الثبات. ويمثل مفهوم الاستقرار السياسي هدفا أساسيا للمجتمعات البشرية بشكل عام والأنظمة السياسية بشكل خاص، إلا أن تحقيق هذا الهدف يتوقف على خصوصية وطبيعة كل مجتمع أو نظام سياسي، الأمر الذي من شأنه أن يخلق نوعا من التباين والاختلاف في رؤية وتفسير كل نظام سياسي لهذا المفهوم كما تتباين أسباب وعوامل ومتطلبات ومؤشرات قياسه مما يجعل منه مفهوما جدير بالدراسة والاهتمام من قبل الأنظمة السياسية والباحثين على حد سواء.
|b The issue of political stability is of interest to many researchers and specialists in political and social studies, and it has become a major focus and pillar in most of their studies due to the importance and imperative this topic represents for political systems without exception at all levels and levels as a relative concept characterized by mobility, flexibility and instability. The concept of political stability represents a primary goal for human societies in general and political systems in particular. However, achieving this goal depends on the specificity and nature of each society or political system, which would create a kind of discrepancy and difference in the vision and interpretation of each political system for this concept. The reasons, factors, requirements and indicators for its measurement vary, which makes it a concept worthy of study and attention by political systems and researchers alike.
