|a يسعى البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على إدمان العمل وعلاقته بالاحتراق الوظيفي لدى مديري المدارس الإعدادي الحكومية من وجهة نظر المشرفين التربويين. وقد اتبع الباحث المنهج الوصفي لارتباطي من خلال تحديد عينة من مدراء المدارس في بغداد بلغت (١٥٠) من المديريات الستة في بغداد. ومن أجل جمع البيانات والمعلومات اللازمة فقد قام الباحث بتبني أداتا البحث الحالي واستخراج الخصائص السايكومترية المناسبة لهما من صدق وثبات وبعد ذلك تم تطبيق الأداتان على عينة البحث والتوصل إلى النتائج التالية: 1. هنالك مستوى من إدمان العمل لدى مديري المدارس الإعدادية الحكومية في بغداد 2. هنالك مستوى من الاحتراق الوظيفي لدى مديري المدارس الإعدادية الحكومية في بغداد هنالك علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين إدمان العمل والاحتراق الوظيفي لدى مديري المدارس الإعدادية في بغداد.
|b The current research seeks to identify work addiction and its relationship to job burnout among the principals of public preparatory schools from the point of view of educational supervisors. The researcher followed the descriptive approach to correlation by identifying a sample of school principals in Baghdad, which amounted to (150) from the six districts in Baghdad. In order to collect the necessary data and information, the researcher adopted the current research tools and extracted the appropriate psychometric properties for them from validity and reliability, and then the two tools were applied to the research sample and reached the following results: 1. There is a level of work addiction among the principals of public middle schools in Baghdad. 2. There is a level of burnout among principals of public middle schools in Baghdad. 3. There is a statistically significant relationship between work addiction and job burnout among middle school principals in Baghdad
