|b In recent years, academics have been debating the idea of organization design. The idea of learning organization design emerged as a result of the continual demand on organizations to innovate and compete effectively, in today’s economic climate. However, few studies have examined the relationship between learning organization design and corporate performance effectiveness. The goal of this research was to add to the expanding body of knowledge by determining the impact of learning organization design on corporate performance effectiveness in Egyptian organizations. The data was collected from a sample of 337 employees from different organizational sectors by using a Likert scale questionnaire. Through analysis it was found that there is a strong impact between the learning organization design and corporate performance effectiveness.
