المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى توظيف تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي في المؤسسات الصحفية الأردنية وانعكاسه على الممارسة المهنية للصحفيين، ومدى جاهزية المؤسسات الصحفية الأردنية لتوظيف تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي، والمهارات والمتطلبات اللازمة لها، ومجالات توظيف هذه التقنيات في المؤسسات الصحفية الأردنية، والتحديات التي تواجه مستقبل الصحافة، وتعتبر هذه الدراسة من الدراسات الوصفية، واستخدمت منهجي الدراسات المسحية والعلاقات المتبادلة، وتم جمع بياناتها باستخدام أداة صحيفة الاستقصاء، بتطبيقها على (۳۰۰) مفردة من الصحفيين أعضاء نقابة الصحفيين الأردنيين، بأسلوب العينة المتاحة في الفترة من 31/۷/2022 م وحتى 1/۹/2022 م. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها أن معظم الصحفيين يرون أن المؤسسات الصحفية الأردنية جاهزة إلى حد ما لتوظيف تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي وبنسبة 64%، وجاءت أهم مجالات توظيف هذه التقنيات من وجهة نظر المبحوثين في "جمع المادة الصحفية وتحريرها" بنسبة ٦٢%، وأظهرت الدراسة أن "ضعف الإلمام بمفاتيح الخوارزميات" كان من أهم الصعوبات التي تواجه توظيف تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي، وأن أبرز الآثار الإيجابية المترتبة على توظيف تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي أنها تعمل على "زيادة السرعة في إنتاج المحتوى الصحفي"، ورأى الصحفيون أن طبيعة العلاقة بين الذكاء الاصطناعي وعمل الصحفيين الأردنيين تكاملية تقوم على توظيف الصحفيين للتقنيات بما يخدم مهنة الصحافة. وأوصت الدراسة باهتمام المؤسسات الصحفية الأردنية بتوظيف تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي وتوفير الإرادة العليا والبيئة والإمكانات اللازمة لعملها، وتدريب الصحفيين وإكسابهم مهارات التعامل معها، واستحداث مساقات جديدة في الجامعات الأردنية لتدريس هذه التقنيات.

The study sought to identify the extent of employing artificial intelligence techniques in Jordanian press institutions and its reflection on the professional practice of journalists, the extent of readiness of Jordanian press institutions to employ artificial intelligence techniques, the skills and requirements necessary for them, the fields of employing these technologies in Jordanian press institutions, and the challenges facing the future of journalism. This study is considered one of the studies Descriptive, and it used the methodology of survey studies and interrelationships, and its data was collected using the survey newspaper tool, by applying it to (300) individual journalists who are members of Jordanian Press Association (JPA), using the sample method available in the period from 31/7/2022 – 1/9/2022. The study reached several results, the most important of which are: Most journalists believe that Jordanian press institutions are somewhat ready to employ artificial intelligence techniques at a rate of 64%. That "weak knowledge of the keys of algorithms" was one of the most important difficulties facing the employment of artificial intelligence techniques, and that the most prominent positive effects of the employment of artificial intelligence techniques are that they work to "increase the speed in the production of journalistic content." Journalists saw that the nature of the relationship between artificial intelligence and the work of journalists Jordanians are complementary based on employing journalists for technologies to serve the profession of journalism. The study recommended the interest of Jordanian press institutions in employing artificial intelligence techniques, providing the supreme will, the environment and the necessary capabilities for their work, training journalists and providing them with skills to deal with it, and creating new courses in Jordanian universities to teach these technologies.
