المستخلص: استهدف البحث الحالي التعرف إلى حساسية النقد لدى طلبة الجامعة، وبناء برنامج إرشادي قائم على العلاج بالتقبل والالتزام (ACT) لخفض حساسية النقد لدى طلبة الجامعة، والتعرف إلى فاعلية البرنامج في خفض حساسية النقد لدى طلبة الجامعة، وتحدد البحث الحالي بطلبة كلية التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة - جامعة سامراء للعام الدراسي 2022-2023م، وتحقيقا لأهداف البحث قام الباحث بتبني مقياس حساسية النقد المعد من (الدليمي، 2022) والذي تكون من (40) فقرة، وقام الباحث ببناء البرنامج الإرشادي على وفق العلاج بالتقبل والالتزام (ACT)، وقد عرض البرنامج على مجموعة من الخبراء والمختصين بالبرامج الإرشادية، واختير تصميم التجريب ذو الضبط الجزئي للمجموعتين الضابطة والتجريبية، إذ تكونت عينة البحث للتعرف إلى حساسية النقد من (150) طالبا وطالبة، أما عينة البرنامج الإرشادي فبلغت (26) طالبا وطالبة وهم الذين حصلوا على أعلى الدرجات في مقياس التوجه غير الشخصي، ووزعوا عشوائيا وبواقع (13) فردا في المجموعة الضابطة و(13) فردا في المجموعة التجريبية، وتعرضت المجموعة التجريبية للبرنامج الإرشادي ولم تتعرض المجموعة الضابطة للبرنامج، واستخدم الباحث مجموعة من الوسائل الإحصائية والحقيبة الإحصائية (SPSS) للوصول إلى النتائج المطلوبة في إجراءات البحث، كما توصل البحث الحالي إلى وجود حساسية النقد لدى طلبة الجامعة، وفاعلية البرنامج الإرشادي القائم على العلاج بالتقبل والالتزام (ACT) في خفض حساسية النقد لدى المجموعة التجريبية.

The current research aimed to identify the sensitivity of criticism among university students, and to build a counseling program based on acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) to reduce the sensitivity of criticism among university students, and to identify the effectiveness of the program in reducing the sensitivity of criticism among university students, and the current research was determined by students of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences / University of Samarra for the academic year 2022-2023 AD, and to achieve the objectives of the research, the researcher adopted the criticism sensitivity scale prepared by (Al-Dulaimi, 2022), which consisted of (40) items, and the researcher Building the counseling program according to the treatment of acceptance and commitment (ACT), the program was presented to a group of experts and specialists in the extension programs, and the experimental design was chosen with partial control of the control and experimental groups, as the research sample consisted to identify the sensitivity of criticism from (150) male and female students as for the sample of the guidance program, it amounted to (26) male and female students, who obtained the highest scores in the scale of non-personal orientation, and they were randomly distributed by (13) individuals in the control group and (13) individuals in the experimental group, and the experimental group was exposed to the guidance program and the control group was not exposed to the program, and the researcher used a set of statistical means and statistical bag (SPSS) to reach the required results in the research procedures. The current research reached the following results: The presence of criticism sensitivity among university students, and The effectiveness of the counseling program based on acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) in reducing cash sensitivity in the experimental group.
