المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى تحليل سيمائية صور الرئيس السيسي وتفسير دلالاتها والكشف عن وظائفها في المواقع الإخبارية المصرية والعربية حيث أعمدت الباحثة في عينتها على موقعي اليوم السابع والإمارات اليوم وصولا إلى تحديد آليات وأهداف استخدام هذه الصور والدور الذي لعبته في إيصال رسائل معينة لمستخدميها في ضوء مقاربة مارتن جولي في التحليل السيميولوجي للصورة، وخلصت الدراسة الحالية إلي مجموعة من النتائج أهمها جاءت الصور المنشورة عن الرئيس عبد الفتاح السيسي في موقع الإمارات اليوم أبرزها ما جاء من موضوعات حول تأكيد الرئيس السيسي الحاسم على أن تحقيق أهداف التنمية والذي يأتي بالتوازي مع تكاتف كافة الجهود الدولية لمعالجة التحديات التقليدية وغير التقليدية، والتي تأتي على رأسها قضيتي الإرهاب وتغير المناخ، كما أبرز الموقع الوضع الجسدي وملامح وجه السيد الرئيس وتعبيراته تعكس دلالات الحزم وجدية العمل والثقة في وجود الحلول. وأوضحت نتائج اليوم السابع أهم الموضوعات جاءت حول اجتماعات الرئيس عبد الفتاح السيسي مع المسؤولين، وتوجيههم لاستكمال مراحل التطوير الشامل لطريق الساحل الشمالي حتى مدينة مرسى مطروح، وتزويده بكافة الخدمات المرورية على طول امتداده حفاظاً على سلامة المواطنين، وتشديد الرئيس على موقف مصر الثابت بالحفاظ على أمنها المائي وعلى الحقوق التاريخية المكتسبة في مياه النيل،، وكذلك اهتمام سيادته بقضايا المناخ وتعزيز جهود التحول العادل نحو الاقتصاد الأخضر المتوافق مع البيئة في مواجهة تغير المناخ والتعامل مع آثاره الخطيرة. كما أظهرت النتائج إبراز الوضع الجسدي وملامح وجه السيد الرئيس، وتعبيرات الوجه تعكس دلالات الثقة في مستقبل أفضل وامتلاك الحلول لمواجهة مختلف القضايا والأزمات على رأسها أزمة سد النهضة والمناخ.

The study aimed to analyze the semiotics of the images of President Sisi and interpret their connotations and reveal their functions in Egyptian and Arab news sites, where the researcher in her sample on the sites of the seventh day and the UAE today to determine the mechanisms and objectives of the use of these images and the role they played in delivering certain messages to their users in light of Martin Jolie's approach to the semiological analysis of the image, and the current study concluded a set of results, the most important of which came the published photos of President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi on the UAE website today, the most prominent of which was What came from the topics about President Sisi's decisive affirmation that the achievement of development goals, which comes in parallel with the solidarity of all international efforts to address traditional and non-traditional challenges, which come on top of which are the issues of terrorism and climate change, as the site highlighted the physical situation and the features of the face of Mr. President and his expressions reflect the connotations of firmness, seriousness of work and confidence in the existence of solutions . The results of the seventh day clarified the most important topics came about the meetings of President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi with officials, directing them to complete the stages of comprehensive development of the North Coast Road to the city of Marsa Matruh, and providing it with all traffic services along its extension to maintain the safety of citizens and their smooth movement, and the President's emphasis on Egypt's firm position to maintain its water security and the historical rights acquired in the Nile waters, as well as his sovereignty's interest in climate issues and the promotion of efforts of a just transition towards a green economy compatible with the environment in the Nile Confronting climate change and dealing with its serious impacts . The results also showed highlighting the physical situation and facial features of Mr. President, and facial expressions reflect the signs of confidence in a better future and the possession of solutions to face various issues and crises, especially the crisis of the Renaissance Dam and the climate.
