المستخلص: هدف المقال التعرف على درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس الحكومية للريادة الإستراتيجية في لواء ناعور في المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية، تكوّن مجتمع الدراسة من جميع معلمي ومعلمات المدارس الحكومية في لواء ناعور، البالغ عددهم (1412) معلمًا ومعلمة، وتكوّنت عينة الدراسة العشوائية البسيطة الممثلة من (302) معلمًا ومعلمة، واتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، واستخدمت الاستبانة أداة للدراسة، أظهرت النتائج أن تقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة للريادة الاستراتيجية في المدارس الحكومية الأردنية جاءت مرتفعة، حيث جاءت مجالات الريادة الاستراتيجية مرتبة تنازلياً كالآتي: مجال "القيادة الريادية" أولاً، ثم مجال "التفكير الريادي" في المرتبة الثانية، فمجال "الثقافة الريادية" ثالثاً، ورابعاً في المرتبة الأخيرة مجال "إدارة الموارد استراتيجياً"، وجاءت جميعها بدرجة مرتفعة. من أبرز توصيات الدراسة: الاستمرارية في المحافظة على درجة الريادة الاستراتيجية في المدارس الحكومية لما لها من أثر إيجابي في رفع كفاءة الميدان التربوي. والاهتمام في بناء العلاقات الإيجابية بين المديرين والمعلمين ومشاركتهم في عملية اتخاذ القرار، والثناء عليهم وتعزيزهم من خلال شهادات التقدير، وكتب الشكر.

The article aimed to identify the degree of practicing Strategic Entrepreneurship among Public school principals in the capital Amman from the Teacher’s Perspective, and their number reached (1412) teachers. The sample consisted of (302) male and female teachers who were chosen by using a simple random method, and the study followed the correlational and descriptive approach; also, the questionnaire was used as a tool for the study after it was ascertained its truthfulness and stability. The results of the study also showed that the estimates of the members of the study sample for the axis of strategic Entrepreneurship came High, where the areas of strategic Entrepreneurship ranked in descending order as follows: the field of "Entrepreneurial Leadership" first, then the field of "entrepreneurial thinking" in second place, the field of "entrepreneurial culture" third, and fourth in the last place the field of "Strategic Resource Management", all of which came with a high degree. A statistically significant positive correlation was also found between the average degree of transformational leadership practice among public school principals and strategic leadership. Entrepreneurship is the most prominent recommendation of the study: continuity in maintaining the degree of practice of transformational leadership and strategic Entrepreneurship in public schools because of its positive impact in raising the efficiency of the educational field and interest in building positive relationships between principals and teachers and their participation. in the decision-making process, praise them and strengthen them through certificates of appreciation books of doubt.
