|a تناولت الدراسة موضوع التوجه نحو الاستثمار في الطاقة المتجددة في المملكة العربية السعودية، حيث تمثلت مشكلة البحث في مدى اهتمام المملكة بالاستفادة من موارد الطاقة المتجددة المتوفرة فيها، وقد هدفت إلى الوقوف على إمكانيات المملكة في مجال إنتاج الطاقة المتجددة والفرص المعززة لإمكانية الاستفادة منها والاستثمار فيها، وبيان التحديات التي تواجهها في هذا المجال ولتحقيق هذا الهدف اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي والمنهج التاريخي، وتوصلت إلى عدة نتائج، أهمها: أن كلا من موارد الطاقة الشمسية وطاقة الرياح تمثلان القاعدة الأساسية لإمكانية استفادة المملكة من موارد الطاقة المتجددة والاستثمار فيها، وذلك إلى مصادر أخرى تتمثل في الطاقة النووية وطاقة الهيدروجين وطاقة المياه، وأن هنالك مجموعة من العوامل المحفزة والفرص المعززة لإمكانية الاستفادة الاقتصادية من هذه الموارد المتنوعة في مجال الطاقة، وأن هنالك جهودا متكاملة تبذلها المملكة في توجهها الجاد نحو الاستثمار في قطاع الطاقة المتجددة، تتمثل في أطر مؤسسية وتنظيمية تم وضعها، وسياسات استراتيجية تم إنتاجها، وشراكات متعددة ومتنوعة تم تنفيذها.
|b The study dealt with the orientation towards investment in renewable energy in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, where the research problem was represented in the extent of the Kingdom's interest in benefiting from the renewable energy resources available within the country. The study aims to identify the Kingdom's potential in the field of renewable energy production and the opportunities that enhance the possibility of benefiting from it and investing in it and state the challenges it faces in this field. To achieve this goal, the study followed the descriptive approach and the historical approach, and reached several results, the most important of which are: that both solar energy resources and wind energy represent the basic basis for the possibility of the Kingdom benefiting from renewable energy resources and investing in them, this is in addition to other sources represented in nuclear energy, hydrogen energy and water energy, and that there are a number of stimulating factors and opportunities that enhance the possibility of economic benefit from these various resources in the field of energy, and that there are integrated efforts made by the Kingdom in its serious direction towards investment in the renewable energy sector, represented in institutional and organizational frameworks have been put in place, strategic policies have been produced, and multiple and diverse partnerships have been implemented.
