المستخلص: يهدف هذا البحث إلى تقرير عقيدة أهل السنة والجماعة، من خلال عرض أبرز الجوانب العقدية التي تضمنتها سورة التكوير، وبيان ما دلت عليه السورة في مسألتي: اليوم الآخر، ومرتبة المشيئة في القضاء والقدر، ثم بيان مخالفات المتكلمين فيها، والرد عليهم. واستخدمت في هذا البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي المقارن، فعرضت الجوانب العقدية في الآيات الواردة في سورة التكوير، وتفسيرها بالرجوع إلى كتب التفسير والعقائد، ثم عرضت أبرز مخالفات المتكلمين وتأويلاتهم في المسائل العقدية الواردة في السورة، ثم الرد عليهم، بناء على منهج أهل السنة والجماعة. وفي الخاتمة بيان لما توصلت إليه من أهم النتائج والتوصيات، وهي: أولا: النتائج: 1- اعتمد أهل السنة والجماعة في تفسيرهم لآيات العقائد على الكتاب والسنة، والتسليم بما جاء فيهما. 2- مما تميز به أهل السنة والجماعة في منهجهم: الجمع بين النصوص، ودرء التعارض بين صحيح النقل وصريح العقل. 3- خالف المتكلمون منهج أهل السنة والجماعة في تفسير الآيات المشتملة على العقائد، مما نتج عنه مجانبة الصواب في تفسير الآيات القرآنية، فمن أبرز ملامح منهجهم في التفسير: تقديم العقل على النقل، والتأويل المذموم، والتفويض الباطل، وقياس الغائب على الشاهد. ثانيا: التوصيات: 1- دراسة الآيات المشتملة على العقائد في السور المكية وتفسيرها تفسيرا موضوعيا وتحليليا. 2- دراسة تأويلات المتكلمين للآيات القرآنية من كتبهم في التفسير والعقيدة وعرضها؛ للرد عليهم ونقد شبهاتهم وإبطال مخالفاتهم التي وقعوا فيها.

This research aims to stipulate the creed of Ahl Al-Sunnah and Jamaah (The People of Sunnah and Community) by presenting key creed aspects included in Surat (chapter) “Al-Takweer”(The Wrapping), and state what this surat has indicated with respect to two issues: The Hereafter, and the rank of Will in the subject of Predestination and Divine Decree. Then, the research states the violations of “Al-Mutakallimin” (Scholars of Speculative Theology) in this regard with refuting those issues. In this research, I adopted the comparative descriptive-analytical method in which I presented the creed aspects stated in the verses of Surat “Al-Takweer”, and its interpretation by referring to the books of Quran's interpretation and the books of beliefs. I also presented key disagreements of the “Mutakallimin” and their interpretations of creed issues mentioned in that surah, then refuted them on the basis of the method of the People of Sunnah and Community. In the conclusion, I stated key results and recommendations I reached to, which are as follows: I- The results: (1) The People of Sunnah and Jamaah relied on the Book (Quran) and Sunnah in their interpretation of the creed verses, recognizing what was stated in them. (2) The People of Sunnah and Community were distinguished, among other things, as regards their methodology, with: combining between texts, averting conflicts between authentic transmission and explicit reason. (3) “Al-Mutakallimon” violated the approach of The People of Sunnah and Community in interpreting the verses containing creed issues, which resulted in diverting from the right interpretation of Quranic verses. Among the prominent characteristics of their methodology with respect to the interpretation of the Quran are: Giving preference to reason over transmission, censured interpretation, rejected delegation, analogy of the absent on the witness. II- Recommendations: 1- To study the verses that contain creed issues in the Makkan surahs and interpret them in an objective and analytical way. 2- To examine the interpretations of the Quranic verses by Al-Mutakallim based on their books on Quran interpretation and creed, presenting their interpretations to refute their arguments, criticize their suspicions, and invalidate the violations that they committed.
