المستخلص: يلعب مجلس المنافسة دورا هاما في المجال الاقتصادي، حيث جعل منه المشرع الجزائري جهاز ضبط عام مكلف بحماية المنافسة الحرة في السوق، من الممارسات الاقتصادية المقيدة للمنافسة، والتي تؤدي في بعض الأحيان إلى القضاء عليها. كما يتمتع مجلس المنافسة كسلطة ضبط عامة بصلاحيات واسعة، تمكنه من تحقيق التوازن مع مقتضيات الضبط الاقتصادي، وهذا راجع لطبيعته القانونية التي تجعله يتصدى لمختلف المخالفات الماسة بالمنافسة والقضاء عليها.

The Competition Council plays an serious role in the economic domain, as the Algerian legislator made it a public control system which is charged with protecting free competition in the market from economic practices that restrict competition, which sometimes leads to eliminate it. Likewise, the Competition Council, as a public control authority, has wide powers that enable it to achieve a balance with the requirements of economic regulation, and this is due to its legal nature that makes it stand in the face of various violations that affect competition and eliminate them.

Le Conseil de la concurrence joue un rôle important dans le domaine économique, le législateur algérien en ayant fait un régulateur public chargé de protéger la libre concurrence sur le marché des pratiques économiques restreignant la concurrence, ce qui conduit parfois à son élimination. Le Conseil de la concurrence, en tant qu'autorité de régulation générale, dispose également de larges pouvoirs, lui permettant d'atteindre un équilibre avec les exigences du contrôle économique, et cela en raison de sa nature juridique, qui lui fait traiter diverses violations affectant la concurrence et les éliminer.
