|a تهدف الدراسة إلى التعريف بنظام ذاكرة الكويت الوطنية، وتحليل خطة التنمية المستدامة الكويتية 2035 واحتياجاتها المعلوماتية، ودراسة أدوار نظام ذاكرة الكويت الوطنية في خدمة خطة التنمية المستدامة، للوقوف على أهم نقاط الضعف لمعالجتها ونقاط القوة لتنميتها، لتفعيل دوره في خدمة خطة التنمية المستدامة الكويتية 2035. واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، من أجل وصف الظاهرة وتحليلها بصورة ترتبط بواقعها، وتقديم وصف دقيق لها. وخلصت بعدة نتائج أبرزها: أن نظام ذاكرة الكويت الوطنية هو ذاكرة مؤسسية ثقافية اجتماعية سياسية اقتصادية، حيث إنها عبارة عن ثروة تراكمت من جمع كل ما نشر بالمصادر القديمة والحديثة والصحف الكويتية، حيث عكست التاريخ الثقافي والاجتماعي ومواكبة التغيرات السياسية والاقتصادية للدولة على مدار أربعين عاما، والذي يمثل توثيقا كاملا للمراحل التي مر بها تاريخ الكويت، وأن نظام ذاكرة الكويت لعب ثلاثة أدوار رئيسية في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة (الدور المعلوماتي، والدور الرقابي، والدور التفسيري والتوجيهي).
|b The study aims to introduce Kuwait’s national memory system, analyze the Kuwaiti sustainable development plan 2035 and its information needs, and study the roles of the Kuwait national memory system in serving the sustainable development plan, to identify the most important weaknesses to address and strengths to develop, to activate its role in serving the Kuwaiti sustainable development plan 2035. The study relied on the descriptive analytical method, in order to describe and analyze the phenomenon in a way that is related to its reality, and to provide an accurate description of it. It concluded with several results, most notably: that the Kuwait National Memory System is an institutional, cultural, social, political and economic memory, as it is a wealth that has accumulated from collecting all that was published in ancient and modern sources and Kuwaiti newspapers, as it reflected the cultural and social history and kept pace with the political and economic changes of the state over the course of forty years. Which represents a complete documentation of the stages in the history of Kuwait, and that the Kuwait Memory System played three main roles in achieving sustainable development (informational role, monitoring role, explanatory and guiding role).
