|a تهدف الدراسة إلى طرق أبواب التطبيق السليم لمسألة إقامة الجمعة في أكثر من مسجد في المصر الواحد على ضوء فقه الصحابة، وفقه أئمة المذاهب الأربعة وغيرهم، مقارنة بمقاصد الشريعة في الجمعة وموازنة بين المصالح والمفاسد في ذلك، وقسمت البحث إلى مقدمة وثلاثة مباحث وخاتمة تضمنت النتائج. المقدمة: وقد اشتملت على الخطة، وسبب اختيار الموضوع، وخطة البحث. المبحث الأول: التعريف بمفردات البحث، وفيه ثلاثة مطالب. المبحث الثاني: تعدد الجمعة في التاريخ والفقه، وفيه أربعة مطالب. المبحث الثالث: علاقة تعدد الجمعة بمقاصد الشريعة، وفيه مطلبان الخاتمة: وفيها أهم نتائج البحث.
