المستخلص: يتناول البحث قراءة سعيد بن المسيب، ودراسة المسائل اللغوية فيها، من جانب الأصوات والأبنية والتراكيب؛ وما يتبع ذلك من أثر في اختلاف الدلالة، وقد قسمته إلى مقدمة، وتمهيد، وثلاثة مباحث، ثم خاتمة. وقد عرضت في المقدمة لأهمية الموضوع، وأسباب اختياره، والدراسات السابقة حوله، ثم بينت خطة البحث، والمنهج المتبع في إعداده. أما التمهيد فجاء معرفا بسعيد بن المسيب، وجاء المبحث الأول لحصر المسائل الصوتية في قراءة ابن المسيب ودراستها، وبيان أثرها في الدلالة. وجاء المبحث الثاني لحصر مسائل التصريف والاشتقاق ودراستها ومناقشة أثرها في اختلاف المعاني والدلالات. أما المبحث الثالث فجاء لحصر المسائل النحوية. ثم أثبت في آخر البحث خاتمة ذكرت فيها النتائج التي توصلت إليها، وكان من أبرزها أن قراءة سعيد بن المسيب متصلة السند بالنبي صلى الله عليه وسلم من طريق قارئين من أشهر قراء الصحابة، وأنها تعد في عمومها من القراءات الشواذ التي يحتج بها في اللغة.

This research deals with the reading of Sa'eed bin Al-Musayyab, and a study of the linguistic issues therein, in terms of phonology and structures and compositions, and the related difference in connotation. It was divided into an introduction, a preface, three topics, and a conclusion. In the introduction, I presented the importance of the topic, the reasons for selecting it, the literature review, and the detailed research plan and the methodology followed. As for the preface, it introduced Sa'eed bin Al-Musayyab, and in the first topic a list of the phonological issues in the reading of Sa'eed bin Al-Musayyab was highlighted and studied, and the explanation of its impact on connotation. And in the second topic, a list of etymological and derivative issues was highlighted and studied with a discussion of its impact on difference in meanings and connotations. As for the third topic, it highlighted the grammatical issues. At the end, a conclusion was mentioned, which contained the findings reached, the most significant of which include: that the reading of Sa'eed bin Al- Musayyab is of connected chain to the Prophet - peace and blessing upon himthrough two reciters among the most popular reciters of the companions, and that it is generally regarded among the odd readings that serve as authority in grammar.
