في كل مجتمع هناك صمام أمان، يلجأ له الناس عندما تشتد الأزمات، وهذا الصمام يتمثل بأهل العلم والحكمة من أكاديميين وعلماء بما علموا وخبروا. وعندما تنزل نازلة أو تعم المجتمع تيارات غريبة تهدد الاستقرار، وتهدد أفكار الناس، لا سيما فئة الشباب، الذين هم عماد الوطن؛ لابد من اللجوء إلى أهل الدراية والنظر، ليتبحروا في أصول السياسة الشرعية وضبط واقع المجتمع، وحياة الشباب بما يناسبه، ودراسة الأسباب التي قادت وصنعت هذا الواقع. وبما أن الاختلاف قانون ثابت جبلت عليه البشرية، فالعقول والأفهام ليست متساوية، ففي الأسرة الواحدة، تختلف أفهام أفرادها في الشيء الواحد، كما يختلف حبهم له، وميلهم إليه. وهذا ضرب لا ضرر فيه. لكن الضرر يكمن في الاختلاف الذي يؤدي إلى التناحر والاحتراب، والتشريد والقتل، وهذه هاوية، وعدوان محض. والذي يهدد الأمن بأكمله، ويقوض البناء بأسره، هو التغرير بشباب كثر جرفتهم تيارات شتى، وصار الخلاف في البيت والجامعة الواحدة خلافا عقائديا خطيرا للغاية. ولقد لخصت أسبابا دعتني لكتابة هذا البحث منها: ١. انحراف كثير من الشباب عن المنهج الصحيح الذي رسمه القرآن الكريم، وتورطهم بمسار التشدد والتطرف، ورائدهم في ذلك التسرع وعدم التروي وقلة الخبرة. ٢. هروب الشباب والنخب العلمية والكفاءات الشبابية، إلى دول أخرى وحرمان الوطن من هذه الثمار الناضجة الغالية. ٣. إن الأمراض الاجتماعية ومنها التطرف، مثل الأمراض الجسمية، يصيب المرض فيها السليم عن طريق انتقال العدوى، والشباب أكثر فئات المجتمع تعرضا للتقليد والمحاكاة. ٤. انبهار الناشئة والشباب بما يسمعوا ويشاهدوا بعد الانفتاح الغير منضبط على وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، وقلة الرقابة في البيوت والمدارس والجامعات فجاء البحث الموسوم (السياسة الشرعية ومنهجية التعامل مع تطرف الشباب في الجامعة والمجتمع) والمتضمن مقدمة وثلاثة مباحث لكل مبحث مطلبين ثم الخاتمة التي تضمنت هذه التوصيات: ١. تسخير كل الطاقات وبذل الوسع من أجل الحفاظ على شريحة الشباب من الضياع، وانجرافهم في تيارات التطرف والتميع والانحراف. ٢. إقامة مؤتمرات شبابية في الجامعات وتشجيع الكفاءات، وتهيئة فرص العمل لهم. ٣. رعاية الأسرة بجميع أفرادها فالأسرة هي المحضن الذي ينطلق منه الناشئة والشباب ٤. توجيه اهتمام خاص في معاملة الشباب، ومراعاة الظرف الذي تمر به الأمة. ٥. إيجاد رقابة عالية المستوى على بيئة أصحابهم من قبل الأساتذة، والتعاون مع الأهل بأساليب حضارية رائدها الحرص والإخلاص. ٦. الاهتمام الحقيقي بالأسرة لا سيما الأسر التي تعرضت لنكبات، ورعاية آلاف الأرامل اللاتي يقع تحت مسؤوليتهن، وتوجيههن ملايين الأيتام من أطفال وشباب فهم أمة قائمة لوحدها.

That threaten the safety at all and undermines families, it's the deceiving for plentiful of youth that swept away by many parties, and the dispute became in homes and the same university; very dangerous ritually controversy. And I have summarized causes that leaded me to write this research ,some of them: Deviation many of youth from the right method that exist in holy Quran, and become involved in ways of rigorous and radicalize, and their guide is their rush, non amble and inexperience. Escape of youth, Scientifics' elites and youths' competencies, to another countries from these precious fruits labor. Social disease like radicalism, as the body's disease, disease affected intact by infection, and youth are the most part of society copying and simulation. Dazzle of emerging and youth by what they hearted and saw after this non disciplined openness of social media, lack of control in homes schools and university.
