|a يتمحور موضوع بحثنا حول حياة عالم ديني من علماء الكورد، ألا وهو (الملا سيد محمد البيرداودي)، وكذلك تحقيق جزء (مجموعة) من مخطوطته التي كتبها بنفسه في مجال الفقه الإسلامي؛ ولهذا جاء عنوان البحث باسم (مسائل في الحج وما يتعلق به للملا سيد محمد البيرداودي -دراسة وتحقيق-)، وهو -أي البحث- يسلط الضوء على حياة المؤلف الشخصية، والعلمية، وكذلك دراسة المخطوطة، وتحقيق عدة مسائل التي كتبها المؤلف بخطه، وهذه المسائل نتيجة لأسئلة واستفسارات من قبل المسلمين -من أصدقائه العلماء، وتلامذته، والعوام- في عصره، وهذه المسائل هي: (يوم الحج الأكبر، إحرام النبي صلي الله عليه وسلم، في رمي الجمار، رمي الجمرات الثلاث في اليومين الأولين من أيام التشريق)، ففي كل مسألة يعتمد على رأي المذهب إلا إن لم يجد ما يراه راجحا، فحينئذ يلتفت حول آراء المذاهب الثلاثة الأخرى، وفي مقدمتها المذهب الحنفي.
|b The subject of our research revolves around the life of a religious scholar of the Kurds, namely (Mulla Sayyid Muhammad Al-Birdawdy), as well as the investigation of a part (a group) of his manuscript that he wrote himself in the field of Islamic jurisprudence; That is why the title of the research came under the name (issues in Hajj and what is related to it by Mulla Syed Muhammad Al-Birdawdy -Study and Investigation-), which -that is, the research- sheds light on the author's personal and scholarly life, as well as studying the manuscript, and investigating several issues that the author wrote in his handwriting, and these issues As a result of questions, inquiries, and inquiries by Muslims- among his friends, scholars, students, and common people- in his time, these issues are: (The day of the Greater Hajj, the Ihram of the Prophet, in throwing The Jamarat, stoning the three Jamarat in the first two days of the days of Tashreeq), unless it does not find what it deems correct, then it turns around the opinions of the other three schools, foremost of which is the Hanafi school.
