المستخلص: تعد المكتبات الجامعية من أهم الأماكن التي يقدم من خلالها العديد من الخدمات المعرفية لجميع الطلبة والطالبات، وهي من أهم الأماكن التي يتوفر فيها العديد من الكتب التعليمية التي توفر مصادر خاصة بالمعرفة وتدعم جميع المقررات الدراسية وتساهم في توفير عدد كبير من الأنشطة البحثية والمعلومات وتنمي القراءة والاطلاع والمهارات والقدرات التي تساعد في سرعة التعليم وتوسيع المدارك عند جميع الطلبة والطالبات، وتهدف المكتبة إلى إطلاع العاملين والباحثين والدارسين في كليات الجامعة وأقسامها المختلفة على أحدث الاتجاهات العلمية في مجال تخصصاتهم وذلك بتوفير مصادر المعلومات على اختلاف أنواعها وأشكالها، وتنظيمها ومعالجتها فنيا وإلكترونيا حتى يسهل استرجاعها والإعلام عنها بيسر وسهولة. ولقد استهدفت الدراسة الراهنة تحديد الآليات الاجتماعية لتدعيم التحول الرقمي بمكتبات الجامعات المصرية من وجهة نظر المسؤولين الإداريين، وتحديد الآليات الثقافية لتدعيم التحول الرقمي بمكتبات الجامعات المصرية من وجهة نظر المسؤولين الإداريين، بالإضافة إلى تحديد الآليات الاقتصادية لتدعيم التحول الرقمي بمكتبات الجامعات المصرية من وجهة نظر المسؤولين الإداريين، وكذلك رصد صعوبات تدعيم التحول الرقمي بمكتبات الجامعات المصرية من وجهة نظر المسؤولين الإداريين، وأيضا رصد التحديات المستقبلية لتدعيم التحول الرقمي بمكتبات الجامعات المصرية من وجهة نظر المسؤولين الإداريين، حيث جاءت كدراسة وصفية باستخدام أسلوب دلفاي بالعينة للمسئولين الإداريين العاملين بمكتبات جامعة سوهاج، والبالغ عددهم (13) مفردة، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى تصور مستقبلي لتدعيم التحول الرقمي لمكتبات جامعة سوهاج.

The library aims to inform workers, researchers and scholars in the university's faculties and various departments of the latest scientific trends in their field of specialization by providing sources of information of all kinds and forms, and organizing and processing them technically and electronically in order to facilitate their retrieval. Information about it is easy and simple.
