المستخلص: هدف البحث الحالي إلى تنمية مهارات التحدث الإبداعي لدى تلاميذ الصف الرابع الابتدائي باستخدام أنشطة التوكاتسو، واتبع البحث المنهج التجريبي باستخدام التصميم شبه التجريبي ذي المجموعة الواحدة، وتكونت مجموعة البحث من (٣٤) تلميذا من تلاميذ الصف الرابع الابتدائي بمدرسة أسيوط الجديدة الرسمية للغات، التابعة لإدارة الفتح التعليمية بمحافظة أسيوط، ولتحقيق أغراض البحث تم إعداد الأدوات والمواد التالية: قائمة مهارات التحدث الإبداعي المناسبة لتلاميذ الصف الرابع الابتدائي وعددها (۲۲) مهارة، وبطاقة ملاحظة مهارات التحدث الإبداعي، ومقياس تقدير التحدث الإبداعي، وكتاب التلميذ، ودليل المعلم القائم على أنشطة التوكاتسو، وتوصل البحث إلى عدة نتائج، أهمها: وجود فرق دال إحصائيا عند مستوى (0.01) بين متوسطي درجات مجموعة البحث على مقياس تقدير مستوى الأداء المتدرج لبطاقة ملاحظة مهارات التحدث الإبداعي كلية في التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي لصالح التطبيق البعدي وعن وجود أثر كبير لاستخدام أنشطة التوكاتسو؛ حيث بلغت قيمة حجم الأثر للبرنامج على مهارات التحدث الإبداعي (0.99). وتم في نهاية البحث تقديم مجموعة من التوصيات والمقترحات ذات الصلة بما أسفر عنه البحث من نتائج.

This research aimed to develop creative speaking skills among fourth-grade pupils’ students and identify the impact of using activities (Tokkatsu) in developing these skills. The experimental approach was followed, using a one-group quasi-experimental design, the research sample was made up of (34) A schoolboy and a schoolgirl from fourth grade pupils in "New Assiut Official Language School", alfath educational administration in Asssuit Governorate. To achieve the purposes of the study the researcher prepared the following tools and materials; A list of creative speaking skills, for 34 fourth-grade pupils, A student's book based on activities (Tokkatsu) (Steering discussions, Class pupil council), A teacher's guide for activities (Tokkatsu), An observation card to measure creative speaking skills for fourth grade pupils with its rubric. The research reached several results, the most important of which are: The effectiveness of the program based on activities (Tokkatsu) in the development of creative speaking skills among fourth-grade pupils, It is illustrated by calculating the differences between the averages of the students' grades on The observation card of creative speaking skills as a whole, and on The main skills of it in the Pre- implementation and post- implementation, the difference is statistically at the level (0,01) in favor of the post- implementation in A observation card creative speaking skills, in addition the impact of the program was significant, The impact value of the program on Creative speaking Skills was at (0.99). Thesis recommendations: The study recommended using the activities (Tokkatsu) in teaching for all educational stages, giving attention to the development of creativity aspects in language skills, and benefit from the study tools and materials to develop the educational process...etc. additional recommendations related to the thesis findings were presented as well.
