|a يهدف البحث إلى التعرف على أثر أبعاد القيادة التحويلية على الولاء العاطفي لدى العاملين بمديريات الشباب والرياضة، وقام الباحثان باستخدام المنهج الوصفي بالدراسات المسحية نظرا لملائمته لطبيعة البحث، وطبقت الدراسة على عينة عشوائية من مديري الإدارات والأخصائيين الرياضيين والعاملين بمديريات الشباب والرياضة عددها (۲۹۰) مفردة وذلك بأربعة مديريات للشباب والرياضة، وقد قام الباحثان بتقسيمهم إلى عدد (٤٠) فرد لإيجاد المعاملات العلمية لاستمارة الاستبيان "صدق- ثبات"، وعدد (۳۰) فرد لإجراء الدراسة الاستطلاعية، وعدد (۲۲۰) فرد لإجراء التطبيق النهائي لاستمارة الاستبيان، وذلك في الفترة من ٢٢/ ١/ ٢٠٢٣م إلى ١٥/ ٢/ ۲۰۲۳ م، واستخدم الباحثان في جمع بيانات البحث استمارة استبيان من تصميم الباحثين، وتوصل الباحثان إلى وجود أثر إيجابي لأبعاد القيادة التحويلية المتمثلة في (التأثير المثالي، التحفيز الإلهامي، الاستثارة الفكرية، الاعتبارات الفردية) على الولاء العاطفي لدى العاملين بمديريات الشباب والرياضة.
|b The research aims to identify the effect of transformational leadership dimension on emotional loyalty of workers in the Directorates of Youth and Sports, and the researcher used the descriptive approach due to its suitability to the nature of the research, and the study was applied to a sample of workers in the Directorates of Youth and Sports, numbering (290), single, in four directorates of youth and sports, The researcher divided them into (40) individuals to find the scientific coefficients of the questionnaire "truth-reliability", (30) individuals to conduct the survey, and (220) individuals to conduct the final application of the questionnaire form, during the period from 22/1/2023 to 15/2/2023, and the researcher used a questionnaire designed by the researcher to collect the research data, and the researcher concluded that there is a positive effective for the dimensions of transformational leadership represented in (ideal influence, inspirational stimulation, intellectual stimulation, individual considerations) on emotional loyalty among workers in the Directorates of Youth and Sports.
