|a تهدف الدراسة إلى عرض واقع التنويع الاقتصادي في الجزائر وكيف يمكن تحقيقه ودعمه في الاقتصاد الجزائري. وقد استخدمنا المنهج الوصفي التحليلي إضافة إلى الأساليب الإحصائية وذلك من خلال عرض مختلف المفاهيم المتعلقة بالتنويع الاقتصادي، وكذا واقع ومساعي الحكومة الجزائرية في مجال التنويع الاقتصادي، وتم بعد ذلك تقديم سياسة مقترحة للتنويع الاقتصادي في الجزائر من خلال سياسة التصنيع لإحلال الواردات ومختلف القطاعات التي يجب الاستثمار فيها لتحقيق ودعم التنويع الاقتصادي في الجزائر. وقد بينت الدراسة أن الاقتصاد الجزائري غير متنوع حاليا، ويمكن تحقيق التنويع الاقتصادي في الجزائر باتباع سياسة التصنيع لإحلال الواردات القائمة على تحسين مناخ الأعمال ودعم القدرة التنافسية للمؤسسات وتطوير القطاعات المستهدفة للتنويع والتي من أهمها: الصناعات البتروكيماوية، المنتجات الغذائية، الإسمنت، الصلب، قطاع السيارات وكذا قطاع المعرفة.
|b The study aims at showing the reality of economic diversification in Algeria and how it can be achieved and supported. We have used a descriptive analytical approach and some statistical methods; presenting accordingly the different concepts related to the economic diversification and exposing the reality of the Algerian government’s pursuit to achieve it. Afterward, a policy was recommended through the amphasis on a real industrial policy that would substitute importations and boost investments in the sectors supporting economic diversification. The study showed that the Algerian economy was not diversified, and that the economic diversification could be achieved by following the industrialization that would assure the substitution of importation and which is based on improving business climate, supporting companies’ competitiveness, and developing diversified sectors such as: petrochemical industries, food products, cement, steel, automotive, and knowledge.
