|a هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى مراجعة الأدبيات العلمية في موضوع تصورات الطلاب الصم وضعاف السمع عن جودة الحياة العملية بعد التخرج من الجامعة من الجامعة، وذلك في رسائل الماجستير وأطروحات الدكتوراه والأبحاث العلمية المنشورة في مجلات علمية محكمة باللغة الإنجليزية في الفترة من 2017م- 2022م، وقد تم استخدام قواعد البيانات الإلكترونية التالية في البحث عن الأدبيات ذات الصلة: (Google Scholar, ERIC, ProQuest, EBSCO). ثم تم مراجعة الأدبيات وتحليلها. وقد أكدت نتائج الدراسة على أهمية جودة الحياة العملية للصم وضعاف السمع، وأن التصورات الإيجابية للطلاب الصم وضعاف السمع نحو جودة الحياة العملية مرتبطة بالمعارف والكفايات التي اكتسبها الطالب من البرنامج الجامعي والمرتبط بالتخصص والبيئة المشجعة على التعلم والتواصل الفعال. ويوجد العديد من العوامل المؤثرة في تصورات الطلاب الصم وضعاف السمع عن جودة الحياة العملية، ومن هذه العوامل/ المتغيرات: شدة الفقد السمعي، النوع (الذكور، الإناث)، التخصص الأكاديمي، البيئة التعليمية، المستوى المعيشي. وأتضح أن للدمج فوائد عديدة في تسهيل الانتقال للجامعة ولسوق العمل، ومهارات تقرير المصير لها دور في تسهيل انتقال الطلاب الصم وضعاف السمع بعد التخرج من الجامعة لسوق العمل. ومن أهم التوصيات تنمية وعي القائمين على رعاية الأشخاص الصم وضعاف السمع بمراعاة كثيرا من الاعتبارات سواء عند قبولهم في الجامعة أو اندماجهم في سوق العمل، وذلك لضمان جودة الحياة الأكاديمية والعملية مستقبلا، إجراء بحوث لقياس مدى رضا الطلاب الصم وضعاف السمع عن برامج التعليم العالي ومدى وملاءمتها لسوق العمل بالمملكة العربية السعودية.
|b The current study aimed to review the scientific literature on the subject of deaf and hard-of-hearing students’ perceptions of the quality of work life after graduating from the university, in master’s theses, doctoral dissertations, and scientific research published in peer-reviewed scientific journals in English from 2017-2022. The following electronic databases in search of relevant literature: (Google Scholar, ERIC, ProQuest, EBSCO). Then the literature was reviewed and analyzed. The results of the study confirmed the importance of the quality of work life for the deaf and hard of hearing, and that the positive perceptions of deaf and hard of hearing students towards the quality of work life are related to the knowledge and competencies acquired by the student from the university program and related to specialization and the environment that encourages learning and effective communication. There are many factors influencing the perceptions of deaf and hard of hearing students about the quality of work life, and among these factors/ variables: severity of hearing loss, gender (male, female), academic specialization, educational environment, and standard of living. And it became clear that the integration has many benefits in facilitating the transition to the university and the labor market, and the skills of self-determination have a role in facilitating the transition of deaf and hard-of-hearing students after graduation from the university to the labor market. One of the most important recommendations is to develop the awareness of those in charge of caring for deaf and hard-of-hearing people by taking into account many considerations, whether upon their admission to the university or their integration into the labor market, in order to ensure the quality of academic and practical life in the future. to the labor market in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
