المستخلص: تتنوع مظاهر التقدم العلمي والتكنولوجي منذ انطلاق القرن الحادي والعشرين لتشمل مختلف المجالات العلمية والمعرفية، ويعد استخدام تكنولوجيا في التعليم من أهم نواتج هذه المجالات نظرا لآثارها الإيجابية التي أسهمت بشكل كبير في تطوير العملية التعليمية بجوانبها المختلفة، وتعد الأدوات والوسائل التكنولوجية الحديثة مثل الإنترنت والحاسوب من الأدوات الفعالة في العملية التعليمية، حيث أن استخدامها يحسن جودة التعليم المقدم للمتعلمين، وهدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على فعالية برنامج تدريبي عبر التعلم النقال لتعزيز الأمن الفكري وتنمية مهارات التفكير الناقد لدى طلبة جامعة تبوك، وتم استخدم كلا من المنهج الوصفي وذلك للاستفادة من أدبيات البحث التربوي في مجال التعلم النقال والأمن الفكري والتفكير الناقد في صياغة الإطار النظري وإعداد أدوات البحث، وكذلك المنهج شبه التجريبي القائم على تطبيق البرنامج التدريبي المقترح على عينة البحث المكونة من (۲۰۰) طالب وطالبة من جامعة تبوك، وقد أعد الباحث مقياسا لقياس أبعاد الأمن الفكري ومقياسا أخر لقياس مهارات التفكير الناقد لدى طلبة وطالبات جامعة تبوك. وقد أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين أفراد العينة في أبعاد الأمن الفكري ومهارات التفكير الناقد لصالح التطبيق البعدي.

The manifestations of scientific and technological progress have varied since the beginning of the twenty-first century to include various scientific and cognitive fields, and the use of technology in education is one of the most important outputs of these fields due to its positive effects that have contributed significantly to the development of the educational process in its various aspects, and modern technological tools and means such as the Internet and computers are among the tools Effective in the educational process, as its use improves the quality of education provided to learners, The current research aimed at identifying the effectiveness of a training program based on mobile learning to Enhance intellectual security and developing critical thinking skill among Tabuk University students. Both the descriptive approach was used in order to benefit from the literature of educational research in the field of mobile learning, intellectual security and critical thinking in formulating the theoretical framework and preparing research tools, as well as the quasi-experimental approach based on the application of the proposed training program on the research sample consisting of (200) male and female Students., the researchers has prepared two scales to measure the intellectual security and critical thinking skills of students. The results showed that there are statistically significant differences between the sample members in the dimensions of intellectual security and critical thinking skills in favor of the post application.
