المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع الأشراف الوقائي وأهمية ودور في تطوير وتحسين أداء المعلمين في المرحلة الابتدائية والتعرف على دور الأشراف الوقائي في تقويم العملية التعليمية وبيان أثر المتغيرات التالية: المؤهل العلمي، وسنوات الخبرة من وجهات النظر أفراد الدراسة. واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. وتم استخدام الاستبانة كأداء لجمع البيانات وتألفت عينة الدراسة من (۱۲۸) مفردة من المعلمين التابعين لمكتب السويدي التعليمي بمدينة الرياض وتوصلت الدراسة إلى: كانت أهم النقاط التي ظهرت من خلال النتائج في أهمية دور الأشراف الوقائي في تطوير أداء المعلمين في المرحلة الابتدائية "أهمية التنويع في استخدام طرائق التدريس "، " أهمية الأشراف في توجيه المعلمين لتحضير الدروس والتمكن من المادة العملية " وأهمية الأشراف من خلال إسهامه في بناء الثقة بين أفراد العملية التعليمية وبخاصة المعلمين الجدد". أظهرت النتائج أن واقع الإشراف الوقائي الممارس داخل المرحلة الابتدائي تبعا لآراء عينة الدراسة يقع ضمن الفئة المتوسطة حيث ظهر المحور ككل بمتوسط حسابي قدره (3.18 من ٤) أي يقع ضمن الفئة المتوسطة، أظهرت النتائج أن تقويم الإشراف الوقائي للعملية التعليمية الممارس داخل المرحلة الابتدائي تبعا لآراء عينة الدراسة يقع ضمن الفئة المتوسطة حيث ظهر المحور ككل بمتوسط حسابي قدره (3.15 من (٤) كما أظهرت النتائج أن الإشراف الوقائي أثراء المعرفة العلمية حول أسلوب الأشراف الوقائي بين المعلمين وبيان أهميته ودورة في العملية التعليمية، تصميم برنامج إلكتروني خاص للمشرف التربوي شامل للتقارير الخاصة بالمشرف التربوي وتوحيدها على مستوى الإدارات التعليمية، ربط برنامج تقارير المشرف التربوي ببرنامج معارف بحيث يستطيع المشرف استخلاص المعلومات عن المعلمين والطلاب من برنامج معارف.

The purpose of the existing study is to investigate the realities of using the preventive supervision together with its role being played for promoting the teacher’s performance at the elementary stage. It also aims at identifying the role played by the preventive supervision in evaluating the academic process. As per the perspective of the participants, the effect of the (academic qualification، years of experience) variables was highlighted. The researcher applied the descriptive, analytical methodology. The questionnaire was also used as a tool for collecting data. The sampling involved (128) teacher belong to Al-Sewedi Office of Education in Riyadh city. Present study reached the following conclusions: Results showed the importance attached to the role of the preventive supervision into improving the teacher’s performance at the elementary stage which is apparent throughout the following factors : ( it is so vital to use various teaching methods + there is a great importance attached to the preventive supervision in guiding teachers on how to prepare lessons and material+ the preventive supervision helps significantly into building trust among the new teachers each other) .Results showed that the reality of the preventive supervision used at the elementary stage (as per the perspective of the participants) lies within the average category with an arithmetic mean (3.18 out of 4). Results confirmed that the assessment of the preventive supervision used at the elementary stage (as per the perspective of the participants) lies within the average category with an arithmetic mean (3.15 out of 4) Results indicated that the preventive supervision helps the teacher to determine the ongoing assessment standards to be applied to evaluate the student. Results referred that there are not any differences of statistical significance be attributed to the variables of "the academic achievement or years of experience” in regards to the importance of the preventive supervision and its role in the academic process, as per the perspective of the participants.
