520 |a أصبحت الأخبار الزائفة المنتشرة على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي في ظل أزمة كورونا أكثر خطورة من الفيروس في حد ذاته، فقد أثرت سلبا على الصحة النفسية للأفراد في المجتمع، هذه الأزمة الغامضة المفاجأة، تحتاج لفرد واعي يملك معلومات صحيحة، وبيئة خالية من التوتر والخوف لمواجهتها، وهو ما يتطلب مراقبة لهذه الفضاءات الافتراضية وإخضاعها لقوانين صارمة تنظم تداول المعلومات عبرها. وهو ما جعنا في هذه الدراسة نبحث في موضوع الأخبار الزائفة في ظل أزمة كورونا، محاولين معرفة تأثير الأخبار الزائفة حول فيروس كورونا عبر فيسبوك على المجتمع أثناء الأزمة، وكشف الفراغ القانوني المتعلق بمراقبة وتنظيم تداول الأخبار على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي في الجزائر عرض أهم الطرق المستخدمة لمواجهة الأخبار الكاذبة، الوصول إلى اقتراحات لترشيد استخدام مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي أثناء الأزمات.  |b The fake news disseminated on social media during the Corona Crisis has become more dangerous than the virus itself, as it has negatively affected the mental health of individuals in society, This mysterious and surprising crisis needs a conscious individual with correct information and an environment free of tension and fear to deal with it, which necessitates monitoring these virtual spaces and subjecting them to strict laws regulating the flow of information through them. This is what brought us together in this study on the subject of fake news in the Corona crisis, trying to uncover the impact of fake news about the Corona virus via Facebook on society during the crisis, and exposing the void legal related to monitoring and organizing the circulation of news on social networks in Algeria, showing the most important methods used to deal with fake news, and Access to suggestions to rationalize the use of networking sites social in times of crisis.  |d Les fausses nouvelles diffusées sur les réseaux sociaux lors de la crise de Corona sont devenues plus dangereuses que le virus lui-même, car il a affecté négativement la santé mentale des individus dans la société, Cette crise mystérieuse et surprenante a besoin un individu conscient avec des informations correctes et un environnement exempt de tension et de peur pour y faire face, ce qui nécessite de surveiller ces espaces virtuels et de les soumettre à des lois strictes régulant la circulation de l’information à travers eux. C’est ce qui nous a rassemblés dans cette étude sur le sujet des fausses nouvelles dans la crise Corona, en essayant de découvrir l’impact des fausses nouvelles sur le virus Corona via Facebook sur la société pendant la crise, et en exposant le vide juridique lié au suivi et à l’organisation de la circulation des nouvelles sur les réseaux sociaux en Algérie, montrant les méthodes les plus importantes utilisées pour affronter les nouvelles fausses, et l’Accès à des suggestions pour rationaliser l’utilisation des sites de réseaux sociaux en temps des crises.
