|a هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى التزام ناظر الوقف في ليبيا بالقيام بدورة في حفظ وتنمية أصول وأعيان الوقف، وقد استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي من خلال البيانات والتقارير الصادرة عن ناظر الوقف والرسائل والمقالات العلمية ذات العلاقة، وخلصت الدراسة إلى نتائج أهمها أن ناظر الوقف لا يؤدي دوره كاملا فيما يتعلق باستثمار أصول الوقف وتتقاسم معه الحكومات المتوالية على السلطة هذا التقصير بينما يركز جهدة على الجوانب الدينية التابعة للهيئة العامة للأوقاف.
|b The study aimed to know the extent of the commitment of the Waqf beholder (Nazer) in Libya to carry out his turn in preserving and developing the assets and notables (Ayan) of the Waqf. The study used the descriptive approach through data and reports issued by the Awqaf beholder, letters and relevant scholarly articles. The study concluded with results, the most important of which is that the Waqf beholder does not perform a full role with regard to investing Awqaf assets, and successive governments in power share this shortcoming with him, while focusing his efforts on religious aspects, Affiliated to the General Authority of Awqaf.
