|a يهدف البحث الحالي التعرف على دور الجمعيات الخيرية في المساهمة في التنمية المستدامة في ضوء رؤية المملكة العربية السعودية 2030، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم وضع مجموعة من التساؤلات وهم: ما الخصائص المهنية ومجالات العمل الخيرى التي يشارك بها عضوات/ أعضاء هيئة التدريس والهيئة المعاونة بجامعة أم القرى بمكة المكرمة؟ ما دور الجمعيات الخيرية في التطوير وتنمية الموارد البشرية؟، ما دور الجمعيات الخيرية في التعليم والتدريب والتأهيل؟، ما دور الجمعيات الخيرية في تمكين المرأة والتنمية الاقتصادية؟ ما دور الجمعيات الخيرية في تدعيم البعد الاجتماعي وقيم الانتماء والمواطنة؟ ما دور الجمعيات الخيرية في تنمية المهارات الإدارية؟ ما دور الجمعيات الخيرية في تدعيم جوانب الشخصية والوعي البيئي (الأيكولوجي)؟، ما المعوقات التي تواجه عضوات/ أعضاء هيئة التدريس والهيئة المعاونة لتطوعهم بالجمعيات الخيرية؟، ما المقترحات اللازمة لمواجهة المعوقات التي تواجه عضوات/ أعضاء هيئة التدريس والهيئة المعاونة لتطوعهم بالجمعيات الخيرية؟، وتم عرض مفاهيم للبحث والمتمثلة في مفهوم الجمعيات الخيرية، مفهوم التنمية المستدامة، وتم استخدام المنهج الكمي الإحصائي في تحليل البيانات من خلال برنامج SPSS، وطبق البحث على عينة عشوائية وعددها (40) من عضوات/ أعضاء هيئة التدريس والهيئة المعاونة بجامعة أم القرى بمكة المكرمة، وتم جمع البيانات من خلال استمارة الاستبيان والتي تم إعدادها من خلال الباحث، ومن أهم نتائج البحث الاهتمام بالتغيير الإيجابي في جميع عناصر الجمعية، دعم الخطط الوطنية الساعية إلى تنفيذ جميع أهداف التنمية المستدامة الاهتمام بتنمية المهارات التعليمية في الجمعيات الخيرية الاهتمام بتقديم كافة الخدمات للمرأة وتحقيق العدالة الاجتماعية، لها دعم المرأة المعيلة في التعليم والتوظيف والتأهيل والتدريب، تنمية القيم الاجتماعية المرغوب فيها في المجتمع..
|b The current research aims to identify the role of charities in contributing to the achievement of sustainable development in the light of the vision of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia 2030. To achieve this goal, a set of questions has been put forward: What are the professional characteristics and fields of charitable work in which female members/ members of the faculty and the supporting staff participates in Umm Al-Qura University in Makah Al-Mukarramah? What is the role of charities in development and development of human resources? What is the role of charities in education, training and rehabilitation? What is the role of charities in empowering women and economic development? What is the role of charities in strengthening the social dimension and the values of belonging and citizenship? What is the role of charities in developing managerial skills? What is the role of charities in strengthening aspects of personality and environmental awareness? What are the obstacles faced by members/ members of the teaching staff and the supporting staff for their volunteering in charitable societies? What are the necessary proposals to face the obstacles faced by members/ members of the teaching staff and the supporting staff for their volunteering in charitable societies?. The research concepts were presented represented in the concept of charities and the concept of sustainable development. The statistical quantitative research method was used in analyzing the data through the SPSS program. The research was applied to a random sample of (40) females. Members/faculty members and assistant staff at Umm Al-Qura University in Makah Al-Mukarramah Data were collected through a questionnaire prepared by the researcher. One of the most important search results Interest in positive change in all elements of the association, support for national plans seeking to implement all sustainable development goals, interest in developing educational skills in charities, interest in providing all services to women and achieving social justice for them, support for women breadwinners in education, employment, rehabilitation and training, development of desired social values therein in the community.
