|a البحث له أهمية علمية كبيرة تظهر هذه الأهمية في أن الموضوع بارز في الشريعة الإسلامية أشار إليه القرآن الكريم والسنة النبوية، وقد ألف في هذا الجانب مجموعة من العلماء خاصة علماء التفسير وعلومه، ومن مميزات هذا العلم أنه يلزم الفقيه أو الباحث النظر والتأمل في النصوص وألفاظها ودلالاتها لفهمها فهما دقيقا، ليكون التأويل صحيحا يواكب متطلبات العصر ويسد الفراغات النصية ويكشف المسائل الخفية، ويخرج ما هو صحيح وما هو فاسد، ويظهر المعنى الخفي بأسلوب يفهمه الباحث والقارئ فتحدث فيهم أثرا تجعلهم يتفاعلون معه، وقد اخترت أحد أئمة هذا الفن وهو الأصولي والفقيه المجدد الإمام الغزالي فكان موسوما بـ: (التأويل الصحيح والفاسد عند الإمام الغزالي)
|b The research has great scientific importance. This importance appears in that the topic is prominent in Islamic law which he referred to in the Holy Quran and the prophets Sunnah. A group of scholars has written in this aspect, especially scholar of interpretation and its sciences. One of the advantages of this science is that the jurist or researcher is required to look and meditate on the texts their utterances and their evidence in order to understand them accurately, so that the interpretation is correct and keeps pace with the requirements of the times. It fills the textual blanks, reveals hidden issues brings out what is true and what is corrupt, and show the hidden meaning in a way that the researcher and reader can understand, thus making an impact on them that makes them interact with it. I chose one of the imams of the art, who is the fundamentalist and the reformed jurist, imam Al-Ghazali, and he was tagged with (The right and corrupt interpretation of imam Al-Ghazali).
