المستخلص: نظرا لأهمية تأثير البطالة في البناء الاجتماعي للمجتمع، تم التركيز في هذا البحث على تحليل مفهوم البطالة ضمن إطار البناء الاجتماعي، وذلك من خلال إبراز أهم الآثار السلبية المترتبة على انتشار البطالة وازدياد نسبتها في المجتمعات، إذ تعد ظاهرة البطالة من أبرز المشكلات الاجتماعية والاقتصادية التي تنتشر في المجتمعات البشرية بصفة عامة والجزائر بصفة خاصة، لما عليها من آفات اجتماعية كالمرض والجهل،... الخ. والتي تؤثر سلبا على الواقع المعاش للأفراد من جهة وعلى تحقيق أهداف التنمية الاجتماعية والاقتصادية من جهة أخرى، وتشكل محاربة البطالة في الجزائر ومحاولات إيجاد سبل لمواجهتها والتقليل من حدتها من أهم التحديات الأساسية التي تواجه الحكومة لرفع المستوى الأدنى لهذه الطبقات، وكذا الوقوف على مواطن الضعف والنهوض بها إلى الرقي ومستوى معيشي ملائم إلى حد الكفاية في ظل النظام الذي يهدف إلى تحقيقه.

La société actuelle est soumise à des transformations profondes qui en touchent les fondements et le fonctionnement, Parmi ces transformations, l'évolution de la structure de l'emploi et du chômage est sans aucun doute le problème le plus préoccupant de la société moderne, dont il menace le processus économique et social des pays et particulièrement l’Algérie. Le traitement du chômage et de l'exclusion sociale passe par la liaison avec d'autres domaines et d'autres formes d'intervention. Or une série de nouveaux problèmes apparaît dans le contexte actuel et peut constituer des opportunités, mais aussi parfois des menaces.

Given the importance of the impact of unemployment on the social structure of society, this research focuses on analyzing the concept of unemployment within the framework of social structure. It highlights the most significant negative effects resulting from the spread of unemployment and its increasing rate in societies. The phenomenon of unemployment is one of the most prominent social and economic problems that prevails in human societies, particularly in Algeria. Its social ills, such as disease and ignorance, have a negative impact on the living reality of individuals and hinder the achievement of social and economic development goals. Combatting unemployment in Algeria and attempting to find ways to confront it and reduce its severity constitute one of the most fundamental challenges facing the government to elevate the lowest socioeconomic classes, identify weaknesses, and propel progress towards achieving a sufficiently appropriate standard of living under the system it aims to establish.
