Cet article traite le sujet de l'héritage de la femme dans l'Islam par rapport à l'héritage de l'homme, dans un cadre général de la comparaison inclure plusieurs aspects: le mérite d'héritage, ses conditions et ses préventions, les méthodes de l'héritage, et le montant de l'héritage, pour atteindre la compréhension approfondie du système d'héritage privé dispositions légales, et les fondations sur lesquelles se base.

The research delves into the issue of women's inheritance in Islam, drawing comparisons with men's inheritance within a comprehensive framework that encompasses various aspects. These aspects include entitlement to inheritance, the conditions and impediments surrounding it, methods of inheritance, and the inheritance amounts.
