|a تعنى هذه الدراسة بالمقارنة بين نص رسالة ابن فضلان، ورواية أكلة الموتى التي كتبها كرايتون، من حيث تجليات الذات في كل منهما عبر عوالمها المرجعية وعوالمها الممكنة، وانطلقت الدراسة من نص الرسالة الذي نال الجزء الأكبر منها بوصفه النص الأصلي، مع الكشف عن أبعاد رواية أكلة الموتى التي أسهمت في تنمية مدارات متعارضة مع مدارات نص الرسالة، وقامت بخلق برامج سردية متنوعة على البرنامج السردي الأساسي، ومع ذلك استطاعت الحفاظ على بنية العالم الأصلي لرسالة ابن فضلان، بإبقاء العلاقات الضرورية كما هي، وحصر التغييرات في الخصائص الجوهرية، مما جعل عالمها المتخيل قابلا لبلوغ عالم الرسالة، الأمر الذي ألبس على كثير من الباحثين فعدوها مخطوطة تابعة لرسالة ابن فضلان.
|b This study is concerned with comparing the text of Ibn Fadlan and the novel Eaters of the Dead, written by Crichton, in terms of the manifestations of the Subject in each of them through its reference worlds and possible worlds. The study began from the text of the letter, as the original text, while revealing the dimensions of the novel Eaters of The dead that contributed to the development of conflicting topics with the topics of the text of the letter, and created various narrative programs, and yet it was able to preserve the structure of the original world of Ibn Fadlan’s letter, by keeping the necessary relationships as they are, and restricting the changes to the essential characteristics.
