|a يعرض هذا المقال تحليلا تفسيريا لتمفصلات الهرمينوطيقا الضمنية. في بعدها التأويلي. مع علم الكلام الجديد المستند أصلا إلى الرؤى المقاصدية. ويتم التركيز فيه على شرح كيف أن النصوص الدينية التي لا تزال تأخذ حقها من التأويل من الطبيعي أن تجد ضالتها في الدرس الهرمينوطيقي الثري بنزعته المقاصدية، وبوصفها تعمل على توسيع فهم النص بصفة خاصة وفهم موضوعاته بصفة عامة. ورغم الغموض الذي يبقى ظاهرا في استعمال الهرمينوطيقا في مقاربة المعطيات الدينية إلا أنها تظل بارزة في الدراسات الكلامية من حيث هي قول كلامي عقدي يسعى إلى تحقيق التواصل مع الوحي في إطار الدين والحياة؛ أي داخل الدين ولكن برؤية مقاصدية جديدة تدعو لتحقيق المصالح الإنسانية تماشيا مع معطيات العلوم الفقهية ومقاصد الشريعة.
|b This article aims to analyze and explain the recent and implicit articulations of hermeneutics in its interpretative dimension with the 'Ilm Al- Kalam (Theology) from the Islamic tradition and based on the contribution of intentionality. In doing so, we must also specify the fact that the sacred texts are naturally exposed to interpretations which will lead them, as a result, to of the said hermeneutics in its interpretative branch. Take advantage With out for getting that it also works to wards the understanding of the text in a special way and the understanding of its themes in general. Despite the confusion surrounding the hermeneutic approach in its approach to religion aspects, it remains preponderant with regard to the studies that emerge from 'Ilm Al-Kalam. This is confirmed by its contribution to determining confession as advent and word, both of which do not depart from the communicational regard, not even from life which, going from this principle, must contain the religious. And this, in the perspective of the new concept of Intentionality and in a vision that tends to bring Islamic jurisprudence closer to the spirit of the Shari'a (Islamic law).
