اقتضت دراسة هذا البحث وفق خطة منهجية بدأتها بمقدمة ومبحثين وخاتمة. فأما المقدمة، فقد عرضت فيها، مشكلة البحث، أهداف البحث، سبب اختيار للموضوع: وأما خطة البحث فقد تناولت فيها ثمانية مباحث: وينقسم إلى المطلبين: المبحث الأول: مس المصحف الإلكتروني للمحدث. المطلب الأول: حكم مس المصحف الورقي مع الحدث. المطلب الثاني: حكم مس المصحف الإلكتروني الذي يحويه الهاتف للمحدث والجنب. المبحث الثاني: وضع الهاتف المحمل بالقرآن في المواضع النجسة المبحث الثالث: تمكين الكافر من مس الهاتف المحمل بالقرآن الكريم. المبحث الرابع: دخلاء بيت الخلاء بجوال على شاشته ذكر الله. المبحث الخامس: السفر بالمصحف الإلكتروني إلى أرض العدو المبحث السادس: نسخ المصحف الإلكتروني على الهاتف وغيره. المبحث السابع: استخدام الهاتف في بيت الخلاء.
The study of this research necessitated according to a methodological plan that began with an introduction, two chapters and a conclusion. As for the introduction, in it, I presented the research problem, research objectives, and the reason for choosing the topic: As for the research plan, it dealt with eight topics: The first topic: Touch the electronic Quran for the updated. It is divided into two requirements: The first requirement: the ruling on touching the paper Qur’an with the minor. The second requirement: the ruling on touching the electronic Qur’an that the phone contains for the one who is speaking and who is junub. The second topic: Placing the mobile phone carrying the Qur’an in impure places The third study: Enabling the infidel to touch the phone loaded with the Holy Quran. Fourth topic: Intruders of the toilet with a mobile phone on its screen, the remembrance of God. Fifth topic: Traveling with the electronic Qur’an to the enemy’s land. Sixth topic: Copying the electronic Quran on the phone and others. The seventh topic: Using the phone in the toilet. The eighth topic: Charging the phone from the electricity of the mosque. As for the conclusion, it included the most important findings of the study.
