Abstract: يسعى البحث إلى التعرف على مدى توافر أنماط القيادة الإدارية، ومدى الاهتمام بالإبداع التنظيمي، ومدى أثر أنماط القيادة الإدارية على مستوى الإبداع التنظيمي بوزارة البلدية بدولة قطر، تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، ويتمثل مجتمع البحث في الموظفين بوزارة البلدية بدولة قطر، وبلغت استجابات العينة ٤١٠ مفردة. وتوصل البحث إلى أن هناك اهتمام بنسبة مرتفعة بأنماط القيادة الإدارية، وأن مستوى الإبداع التنظيمي بالوزارة كان بدرجة مرتفعة، وأن هناك ارتباط بين أنماط القيادة الإدارية، وأبعاد الإبداع التنظيمي، وأن هناك أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لأنماط القيادة الإدارية على الإبداع التنظيمي بوزارة البلدية بدولة قطر.

The research seeks to identify the availability leadership styles, the extent of interest in organizational creativity, and the extent of the impact of leadership styles on the level of organizational creativity at the Ministry of Municipality in the State of Qatar. Sample 410 responses. The research found that there is a high percentage of leadership styles, and that the level of organizational creativity in the ministry was at a high degree, and that there is a correlation between the dimensions (leadership styles) and the dimensions of organizational creativity, and that there is a statistically significant effect of the leadership styles on the organizational creativity in the ministry.
