|a الهدف من الدراسة هو التحقق من تأثير تكامل المعلومات والتكامل الداخلي على الأداء التشغيلي. وتكمن مشكلة الدراسة في إلى أي مدى يتم تطبيق تكامل المعلومات والتكامل الداخلي على الأداء التشغيلي وهل تأثر أم لا، وهذا سوف يتم توضيحه من خلال الدراسة. التكامل الداخلي وتكامل المعلومات متغيرات مستقلة. يتم قياس تكامل المعلومات من خلال مشاركة المعلومات والتخطيط التعاوني. الأداء التشغيلي هو متغير تابع ويتم قياسه من خلال المرونة ووقت التسليم والتكلفة والجودة. وتم تطبيق الدراسة على أكبر خمسون شركة أدوية. وتم جمع ترتيب الشركات وفقا لتقارير repsology.org. تم جمع البيانات الاستقصاء بواسطة نموذج جوجل وإجراء مقابلة مع الإدارة الوسطى والعليا وتم اختبارها باستخدام منهج. (Generalized Method of Moments) GMM . أظهرت النتائج إلى وجود تأثير إيجابي معنوي بين تكامل المعلومات والأداء التشغيلي (المرونة، وسرعة الوقت، والتكلفة، والجودة. وأخيرًا، هناك تأثير إيجابي معنوي بين التكامل الداخلي والأداء التشغيلي (المرونة، السرعة الزمنية، التكلفة، والجودة). ومن أهم التوصيات التي يمكن الاعتماد عليها: يجب على المنظمات تحسين تبادل المعلومات وأنظمة التخطيط بين الشركاء وإداراتها، وكذلك زيادة الوعي لتقليل تكاليف التشغيل.
|b The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of information and internal integration on operational performance. The research problem: is to answer if there an effect of the supply chain information and internal integration on operational performance, and the answer of this will be shown through the study. Information integration has been measured by information sharing and collaborative planning. In addition to this, internal integration is considered as an independent variable. Also, operational performance has been measured by flexibility, speed, time, cost, and quality as dependent variables. This study has been applied to the top 50 pharmaceutical manufacturers in Egypt, as mentioned in the www.repsology.org report for 2023. Data was collected through a questionnaire using Google Forms and interviews with middle and top management. The data was tested using the GMM techiec. The results indicate that there is a significant effect between information integration and operational performance (flexibility, time speed, cost, and quality). Finally, there is a significant effect between internal integration and operational performance (flexibility, time speed, cost, and quality). One of the most important recommendation; The organizations should improve the information sharing, planning systems, between partnesrs, and its departments, and also spreed awearness to minimize its operation's costs.
